Very nice guy and the prices aren't horrible considering it's in downtown TX.

That said, three weeks into using an ecig and I could have given much better advice than I was given here, while not having to deal with very slow-moving lines.

If you like personal service and don't mind waiting, this is a pretty good stop, I'd recommend it. Supplement what you learn here with your own online research, though.

And if you don't care about personal service or need an ecig *NOW*, maybe just use google and save yourself a trip.

Good people here. They overcharged me for a flavor of the week bottle of juice last week and were very understanding and courteous about the mistake and remedied the situation with no fuss. This continues to be the best vape store I've found in Houston.

Place was awesome, the staff there was super helpful! I am new to vaping but did my homework and reviews from my roommate who has been vaping for awhile. These guys prices are great and they know their stuff after just asking some questions other stores stumbled to answer or lie. I will continue to repeat with these guys even though e juices are cheaper online and parts because they were that on point!

Well, I will complement the look of their store and the variety of entry level devices they have and their selection to choose from. The staff was friendly upon entry, but knowledge level of the juices they sold seemed a little lower, especially when asked about flavor profile of juices. However, I will not be returning due to the over pricing of their products. I bought one bottle of juice and it cost $33, which is over a 200% markup! That's a bit uncalled for and highway robbery, in my opinion. Other shops sell the same product ranging $17-$22. If I was not out of juice and at work, I would not have made a purchase from this establishment and, because of their pricing, I will not return or recommend this shop to anyone!
