Have been a patient at TUCC for nearly 20 years and up until now have received great care..It is really too bad they have gotten so busy they can no longer care for their long time patients. I waited over to weeks to get a call back from Doctor and only received call from a nurse to find out I would need an appointment that is two months out just to discuss a prescription that has already been written.
i was able to get an appointment today with Dr Donald May due to the great job of Alex, the receptionist who was able to find an opening due my intense pain. Dr May is probably one of the top Urologists in the country. I have been a patient of his for about 25 years. He has a vast knowledge of urology and is an outstanding listener. He will fully explain things to a patient, and always go the extra mile to be helpful to you. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great doctor. Allow yourself plenty of lead time since his services are in great demand. You will find that getting in to see him is well worth the wait.
The doctor was nice enough but the staff was unable to ever get me access to their portal after several weeks of trying and 7 different attempt. Part of the recommendations by the doctor was in reference to material that was only provided via the portal. But rest assured the billing department wants full payment for half service!
Dr. Montoya is the greatest urologist I have had. He has helped me so much to the point that I ve gone to having stones pass weekly to having them pass once in a blue moon. The facility is so clean and organized and the staff is incredibly kind. 10/10
First of all this is a First Class Facility.
I know that some of the Doctors built this place and they didn't do it on the cheap, It's a first rate built building of fine quality and materials that is very well maintained.
The cleanliness is top shelf. The staff from the janitor's, doctors and everyone in between are very kind, concerning, and professional

These are the nicest, most professional people I've had the pleasure to work with. They find a way to be respectful and compassionate every visit. My Dad has dementia so it is such a relief to know he's in good hands.
On April 8 2021 I had a minor prostate problem (BPH) which required immediate treatment. After an emergency room visit, I eventually ended up at TUCC, under the care of Dr. Richard K. Heppe. Without going into details, everything is fine now. My general impression of TUCC is that as good as contemporary medicine is, TUCC is just a bit better. Waiting time is minimal, the administrative and medical personnel are friendly and professional. I specifically mention Dr. Heppe who answered my few medical questions through TUCCs electronic portal almost instantly. He made sure that the necessary procedure was carried through safely, with excellent supervision in a safe setting, Swedish Medical Center, where my wife, who was waiting, was continually informed.
TUCC was recommended by my GP, Dr. Jason West.
DR. Heppe is a great doctor. I have used him a number of times. The facilities are amazing. They have all your needed services under one roof. The staff and doctors will do a good job in taking care of you. They take the time to explain things. Its a good place to go for you urological needs
So please let me explain The three-star rating given I have been going to this urology center since 2007? Anyways the first time wasn t exactly pleasant as I could remember but they got me in it now a little bit quicker than they did the second time now the second time I called to set up an appointment they are TERRIBLE at Setting up the appointment like I kid you not when you call you re lucky if you get to talk to anybody and when you do get to talk to somebody they end up wanting to transfer me to somebody who can make the appointment for you which makes no sense to me but whatever
In the short time I have worked for TUCC I truly have enjoyed being here. Through COVID, my personal family battles with COVID, the support I received was far more than I have ever received from any job I ve been at. The teamwork here, the doctors sharing their knowledge and the overall atmosphere is bar none. I couldn t have asked for a better specialty facility to be working at. I am very happy where I am and am hoping to be here a long while.
