The wee one loved jumping around in the soft play ...
The wee one loved jumping around in the soft play area for an hour.

10 pin bowling and soft play, shame as there could be more
Reasonably priced activities to let the kids burn off some steam on a cold, wet winters day in Fort William
We have been coming here the last few weeks and some very rude blonde at the reception of the softplay took my money then told me after that that my son was too tall very rudely. I explained we had been coming here for weeks and no one said anything. We went in and my son(10 years old) sat on a chair most of the time because of it and she made faces after asking her a couple of questions my 8 year old even commented. Then spoke about us to different staff that approached the desk.
Very unprofessional!!!!!!
1 - tell us before you take my money
2 - be consistent with your policy as my son has not changed height in the last number of weeks
3 - have a course on customer service if you don t know what that is.
A family day out ruined because of the blonde on reception!!!!
My opinion sure changed today a credit to other friendly staff that has been on in the past visits but to the blonde it would not kill to have polite customer service skills being in the public customer service my self and I can safely say nothing professional and friendly about that member of staff.
A great place to just hang out the soft play is great and bieling is amazing
As good a outdoor shop as you will find anywhere in the UK.
Found this whilst trying to avoid the pub, we played ten pin bowling but there was soft play and other things for kids too.
Very plain place, there's lots of junkies and Ned's around the building. There is a distinctive smell or cannabis and cigarettes when you first walk in. The staff are quite rude to people sitting at there tables, one member said "fusion or out!" in a aggressive way to me. But at least they have a vending machine
Helpful staff who gave us suggestions for what to check out in town. Great place for tourists to stop.
Toilets badly in need of an upgrade. Place ok though
Good play centre but also ruined by blonde on reception being extremely rude because we overstayed our time (due to kids going to the toilet and getting shoes on etc) ! If u want people to go back you certainly don't speak to them the way she did!
Nice community centre, good bowling and the cafe is top notch
Brilliant music gig, however a 35 & 45 minute wait for drinks meant we missed both acts starting!
Soft play area height upto 148cms. Free WiFi. Ten pin bowling Has concerts, cinema and various clubs during the week. Roller skating most Sunday afternoons, not during the summer
Nice surroundings. Nice place e to pass, some time.
Good place to kill a few hours, especially if it's a rainy day.
The staff are friendly and helpful, and the prices for bowling and food were decent.
Good fun for the kids but expensive compared with other places but well run.
Well organised at one of the most beautiful locations.
This was a wonderful layover between trains for our boys to burn off some energy. Some really epic slides, air cannons and a mini go kart track. The folks running the place were friendly and helpful! Coffee was good too.
They don't like it if you turn on the Time Crisis machine, still, Time Crisis
It's a good place to visit and everyone is friendly .. When we visited however I felt there wasn't enough staff in the cafe but that could change at any time for any reason :) good selection of food also and their coffee is great :)
Great centre. The cafe does one of the best breakfasts I've had in Scotland. Helpful friendly staff.
Soft play area was great for our grandson to play on wet days and after our walks when he had been carried in his backpack and needed to use up some energy.
The play area is fun for kids and the pancakes at the cafe are really good would 100% come again
Great venue , well maibtained and has a strong community feeling .
Just saw skerryvore at the Nevis Centre, absolutely fantastic night, Trail West and Calum Jones all added to a cracking night at a fine venue.
Very dissapointed. The time of leaving today in the book was 17.45 but the lady in dark hair at 17.36 said to us that she is closing and we have to go. I cleaned the table and I bined the rest of my coffee (3 sips maybe). The same lady made a very horrible comment about it to a work mate (very polite blond girl) a comment that I am not even going to repeat. I am sure she thaught I do not speak English. She shouldn't work with the customers! Other then this suuuuper soft play. Boys had a great time.
Lovely staff, good prices, also nice and clean facility. Kids had great fun in the play area and the food is very nice
Had a game of 10 pin bowling really enjoyed it .
Nice facilities . Good food or coffee in the eatery
We travel from Oban every month or so as it's softplay is a million times better. Kids love it.
Attended a few gigs here. Good venue with bars. Staff always helpful and friendly, and guys on door always professional.
We had a great time there with Skipinnish and Skerryvore - only negative: no food available, to mop up the alcohol!
Very noisy teenagers that was ignored by staff, also quite dirty on the floors
Friendly and clean. Average food for a cafe. Prices fair
Could do with a little update but the bowling alley is brilliant, simple, cheap and well maintained with friendly staff.
Stayed nearby my two grandsons loved it bowling alley good staff great facilities great well run place for locals and visitors
Excellent venue to enjoy visiting artists it's got a warm homely atmosphere with the usual services, bar, food toilets etc, 10 pin bowling and a safe are for smal children
Home and games very nice. We have a small one year old and she had a good time.
Went to England vs Scotland boxing event here, great venue, great show overall, place was packed a complete sellout show, would definitely go again.
Just a quick visit this time but hopefully spend more time here next time.
Not much atmosphere to the place in question and very sparse!
Excellent roller skating classes, qualified proffesionals and astonishing level of ability
Very rude staff and especially the Russian lady, staff are horrible to the kids and very rudely speak to them should not be a place for kids with them staff, the bowling is very plain and hasn t got much to it, but the soft play area is nice if ur 2-10 not much for teenagers!
Great place bowling arcade games food and a children's play area what more can you ask for
A good place to meet for bowling and entertainment events
Excellent service from everyone patience in abundance.
Only parked up to get the chair lift and get to the snow line.
Kids had great time in soft play...friendly helpful staff...not too expensive...
Came to attend the Fort William Film Festival and see Hazel Findlay speak. Great little centre to locate the festival. Worked well for the film viewing.
Good place to unwind and let the kids burn some energy in the soft play if not a little on the expensive side.
There isn't much to do in fort William unless you like the outdoors or alcohol..the Nevis center is one of the few places that provides entertainment. Soft play for the younger ones, 10 pin bowling for all. Occasional concerts, film's. Decent bar.
Very cheap toddler area and coffee place. Really, really high! Amazing for dads :P
Great place for kids. Snacks. Concerts. Soft play.
I take my little daughter to the Soft Play Centre there. She's absolutely loves it.
Visited the centre fit FortCon convention and it was an absolute cracker!
Soft play area fantastic staff always helpful and welcoming a must see
