My man and I saw the Atomic Bombshells here for Valentine's Day. The show was amazing, the staff were helpful, prompt and nice and the food was wonderful. (We ordered the Lamb chops and the Duck and had chicken skewers as an appetizer). We spent a bit more money than we prefer to for a night out but all in all I would say we got our money's worth. We had a wonderful time. I would definitely recommend this place for a great night out. My only critique is I would have preferred some vegetable heavy dishes to choose from but, the food I ordered was incredible. There was a tofu dish I just am not a big fan of tofu so I didn't try it. Just a personal preference, I suppose but, it's literally the only critical thing I could remember thinking so, give the Triple Door a try. You'll have tons of fun.

Very cool atmosphere. Partial original decor. You can see the stage well from almost anywhere and the flow is nice.
They seemed to be understaffed on servers. It took a very long time to order, our appetizer came out with our food, my food was very cold, but our server did not return for a long time so I just ate it and there were a total of 3 hairs in our food that were definitely not mine as I have obvious red hair. Accidents happen, but there were several of them and the food is on the pricier side so expecting a certain quality is assumed.

Overall, I will be returning for the venue. Not sure about ordering food, but the atmosphere and extremely affordable tickets will bring me back to give it a second chance.

Great venue - good sightlines and acoustics from every seat, excellent service. Outstanding food from Wild Ginger. On 6/11/19, we had the Angkor Wat chicken and sea bass, both of which were very flavorful (and about 2 stars on a Thai heat scale) and braised bok choy. Coconut gelato is so good every time!

It's a great venue with wonderful acoustics. They have a large amount of staff so you usually don't have to wait too long even on busy nights. since they utilize the wild Ginger next door they have a reasonably good food menu. But most importantly they get to leverage The extensive wine collection on the captain's list from the wild Ginger. So if you're a wine lover, this is a great venue to have a nice bottle and listen to good tunes.

Note is the food is 3.5 to 4 star, but the venue is definitely 5.

Music and entertainment is always incredible. Service is always subpar. Always. If I could rate them separately, it's 5 stars for entertainment and 2 stars for service. Please start taking care of your patrons better (10+ year customer here).

I don't feel I was properly prepared for how great this place was. My wife told me we were going to a concert. What she didn't tell me was that the triple door was beautiful with booth seating and food from Wild Ginger. The theater was intimate and comfortable. I could see and hear the show great and the both made it feel like a private concert venue. The waiters were great and knew how to always be there when needed but not get in the way of the show. The food is unreal, I got the pot stickers, duck and bao buns, and vanilla raspberry ice cream and everything was incredible. Also got a great beer. And honestly the cleanest bathroom in a music venue I've ever seen. Parking was easy enough in a garage near by, but they also had valet parking available. Even had a cool view of the ferris wheel as we were walking there. Definitely worth going out of your way to see a show there. All the stars

This review might be influenced by the awesome show we just caught here, but I'll try to separate out venue from show.

LOVE the table arrangement. Our server was so nice, quite efficient, kept us informed of progress. She never disappeared and was easy to engage when we needed her.

Bar and kitchen delivered quickly. My cocktail was delicious. The food, from a Wild Ginger alumni chef, was very tasty. My only complaint was markup on the wine - easily 4 times retail. Consider the location, I guess.

We loved the intimacy of the house - easy to interact with the performers and I doubt there is a bad seat. The person running the sound board knew what they were doing, it was just right and never too much.

Bottom line is I would not hesitate to go here even for acts I was not familiar with. The ticket price was a steal, honestly, I spent 3x buying records at the merchandise table after the show. If this is representative of the talent they usually book, count me in.

Food is not good which is the point of 3 stars. The bar is clean. Nice fish tank. Good drinks. I'm stuck on a 3.8 star rating. Wait staff does not visit often enough to even fill up your water.

Went last night. Originally rated it as 5 stars but would give it 3.5 because there was no soap in the bathroom (normally that wouldn't bother me, but my wife thinks that those are necessary items,so I was coerced into lowering my rating). Also I ordered the Belgian waffle for desert. That was the worst Belgian waffle that I have ever had. I wouldn't even call it a waffle and it was nothing like what was described in the menu.

I stayed in the orange booth, and it was a cozy and private suite. I didn't like how some of the seats were turned away from the show, and it felt a little like I was too far away from the crowd. I think I would recommend staying on the main floor if I had the choice again. The shows and food are excellent though.
