We stayed here for 2 nights on our two moors way walking trip.
The room was simple, but clean. They even washed our clothes, because we were so muddy, when we came out of the moor (caught by Storm Francis).
The owner was very friendly and helpful with our questions for the next walking day route.
Dinner was very good.

Visited the pub for a quiz night on a Thursday. Nice local pub with a good selection of beers. There is a large garden outside with picnic tables providing viewing out across the countryside. Staff were pleasant and there was a nice local atmosphere. Car parking is also available.

Lovely little pub. Stayed for a night. So clean and airy. Comfy bed. Owners and staff really down to earth and friendly. Made to feel really welcome. Walks and views are amazing. Walked to the River Dart, got lost in the moor on a little adventure but worth the views. Fantastic night cap of Irish coffee & calypso coffee
