It has deteriorated over the past year. Service is slow. No one at the front desk. One of the golf simulator does not work. They used to have TaylorMade clubs and then they switched to nicer Callaway Mavrik clubs, but now they have terrible BigShot clubs. The server was rude too. Walked away disappointed during my last visit.
Very good food. Nice venue, plentiful in both formal dining as well as executive lounge and conference rooms.
Always enjoy great company and lunch with my daughter. Great view, Bonton Salad and Crab cake. And they validate garage parking!

I'm giving Tower Club two stars just because I had a very bad experience tonight with the hostess and manager. I called on May 1st to reserve for Monarch party of six, 3 couples. One of the couples are from Tennessee visiting Dallas. Plan was to celebrate pre-mother's day. I told the hostess I would like to reserve the big table at the corner where the telescope is. She told me reservation was not allowed for that table as many members always wanting that table and the only chance for us to have that table is to come early as the table was first come first serve only. So to make the long story short, we showed up at 5:10pm, and we were first customer. The hostess sat us on the other side table. When I asked her why we were not seating at the big table when nobody is there yet, she told me because it is reserved. I asked her why told me reservation for that table is not allowed, she told me oh because it is for "party for 8". so I told her why you did not tell me if it's 8 people I could have gotten that table for us, I could have invited another couple. She did not answer me but told me oh I'm gonna call my manager. So the "manager" showed up, I explained what happened. Then "manager" told me that I got wrong information that the table was reserved and it is allowed for reservation. I told him that was misleading and what really pisses me off that I cancelled our itinerary for the rest of the day so we can be at Monarch early and get the big table. Hear me out " I cancelled our itinerary w/ my visitors so we can be there early to get the big table" as per their hostess instruction. I wish I got her name!
The "manager" told me "I'm sorry you are upset" yes, I was very upset because the whole time we were there for almost 4 hours. That table was EMPTY!!! are you kidding me?? Again, EMPTY! nobody was there almost closing time. What's the deal? What's your rules? I felt like we were being discriminated because we are Asians. Also, I have been there before, this was my 3rd time and first time I was there I saw 4 people on that table. And, I don't think "manager" was really sorry because action speaks louder than words. He did not do anything to resolve the problem.

These is one of our favorite place for fine dining. Unfortunately this weekend was dissapointing and in a way misleading when we booked the reservation for party of 6. To celebrate Mother s Day with out of town guests. We were informed that in order to get the table with the best view in the club is based on first come,first serve . NO RESERVATION The club Did not mention that it is for party of 8 to get the corner room with the best view.
We arrived at 5pm and was informed that table has been reserved. Few plans were cancelled just to make it at Tower Club as soon as they open for dining. So, what happened to the no reservation,first come,first serve . I call that BS.
We left past 9pm and the supposed to be reserved table is still unoccupied. No party or folks were seated at all. It is clear that Mgr just flat out lied to us. Very dissapointing.
My experience every time at Tower club has been above and beyond. Jeremy Jones has been putting together amazing events from leadership, scotch tastings, too real estate happy hours. He goes above and beyond to make sure members are not just being taken care of, but heard. Keep up the great work!
And the Monarch restaurant?! Woo. Amazing. The chef and all the staff do great job and the food was top notch.
