The team at Toyota Galleria made getting my new car so easy and quick! Tim was an absolute delight to interact with! Very professional, and explained things to me in a way I could understand, definitely going to return to them for any car related business.
I bought a Toyota corolla last week from galleria Toyota and I regret my decision. if zero stars available then I would have given that to them.
1. I went to preowned Car section and they showed me a corolla. They even told me they are offering 2000 AUD less than what they are intending to price the car as I came to check a car in the morning and it was sold by the time I returned. Later I found that market price is less than what I paid for the car. I had seen the same colour, model and almost in the same range of KM driven car had sold in the market less than the price I bought. Also two models of corolla comes in the same year and the one I bought is old and they didn t point even that to me. So can t trust the sales team and they would tell anything to sell.
2. I bought the car with Mechanical protection plan and the person sold this plan told me that it covers everything except small items such as clock and consumables such as brake pads and spark plugs. But later I found that it doesn t cover many thing including items such as oxygen sensor and I should have read every point without trusting the trade name TOYOTA before my signature.
3. After running just 25 KM, the Engine light came on and I was contacted the sales person but he was directed me to service centre. Service centre person was not friendly at all and said I have to pay out of my pocket for even diagnose the problem and if the issue is not covered by the protection plan. After all, this is a trap to keep the repair within them and customer to incur a cost in vain if not repaired by them. After diagnosed the issue they said problem is with oxygen sensor and problem could have arrived due to bad batch of fuel (after all the fuel was pumped by Toyota galleria themselves), also it s not covered by protection plan. So basically their claim of 100 points check is a joke as the car had given an issue within 25 km driving. I had paid additional 650 AUD to fix this issue.
This is the last car I m buying from them (yes I have a plan to buy a brand new car in a 6 months time and that will not be with them for sure) and will not recommend galleria Toyota to anyone.
What a great experience! I highly reccommend the Team Rino, Adam and Yusuf. I bought a Toyota Yaris Cross Urban Hybrid and it was fun fun fun, obliging and professional all the way. These guys are a hoot! Special thanks to Rino, who went above and beyond to explain the intricacies in plain English, and being as excited as I am about this awesome vehicle. Thanks also to Adam for being hilarious and to Yusuf who is the happiest number cruncher I ve ever met.
