Incredible. You can relax while waiting for your table, friendly staff, amazing food.
Incredible. You can relax while waiting for your table, friendly staff, amazing food.
Food is outstanding. Ambiance amazing. Worth the wait times.
Good food, great service in a beautiful setting. Just fyi...its a Beer and Wine only joint, so you may want to bring a flask!
The combination of furniture and food, the food is delicious, suitable for friends to gather together, the atmosphere is excellent, the price is reasonable
Mia! Thank you for making us all warm with your blanket you brought to us when I mentioned that we were chilly at the restaurant. Your customer service is impeccable. Thank you for creating a cozy dining experience for all of us.
So happy I went here for my birthday... You definitwly as if you were transported to somewhere magical
Super!! I loved the place very fast the service, very friendly
The place is fancy and great. The wait is a bit long though. Otherwise, it's an amazing cafe
Place is beautiful, love the ambience, service was meh! Food was worth it..
absolutely beautiful dining area and building. nice quality simple dishes and good service
Great service, beautiful decor. The food was super yummy with large portions. My friend and I could have shared the turkey club. Best chai latte you will ever have. Will make it a stop every time we're in Chicago. Expect a long wait, we put our names in the it was about two hours, but we walked down the street and shopped.
Very cool place to visit and take photos. I did not order any food, but the hot chocolate I got was delicious.
Food great, service friendly, would be 5 but with a change of shift we seemed to be somewhat forgotten. Might have been short if help. Atmosphere comfortable, relaxed but still reserved.
This place is just EXTRAORDINARY. Its really beautiful. The service is excellent, the taste of the food, the ambience. I would say 10 stars, AA. You can miss anything while visiting Chicago BUT you cannot ever miss 3 arts club cafe.
This place feels just like coming to my dream home. The space, the interior garden - patio, i really loved this place.
Really nice place to hang out and eat. Great food and coffee. Furniture is really nice also.
Fantastic ambiance and setting. You feel like you re in London in an English garden. Menu is simple and very tasty. Have to you experience it at least once and get in like early!!
Very nice area, service is a little slow. You also have to wait a while to be seated.
Interesting place and definitely try out the different types of wine
The food was incredible, the ambiance was beautiful and the whole experience is worth doing at least once. Worth the wait! Pro-tip: if you show up at 10:30 and line up, you'll be seated right away when they open at 11am.
This is such a beautiful place and lovely restaurant. The food was so divine. I could lick the plate lol.
Possibly one of the nicest indoor spaces in Chicago.
We stopped in here for a quick drink before a bigger dinner a block away, but we were so blown away that we decided to make this our appetizer course via their amazing cheese board. It was filling and delicious and I'm looking forward to coming back here for a full meal. We had two glasses of Prosecco, which we could have walked thru the Restoration Hardware with, but why would you pass up such an amazing courtyard. The staff is super friendly. While the menu isn't very deep, there are plenty of options whether you want to split an appetizer, have a meal on your own, or work your way thru each course with a friend.
This was such a nice place! We grabbed a coffee and then they let us take pictures throughout the property for hours!
The place is incredible, the food is good, nothing out of the ordinary but it is worth knowing the place
Food is delicious. They were accommodating for food restrictions, view is beautiful. Must try!!
Beautiful building and indoor space. Such a fun lunch spot. So much beauty.
Not worth the money u can save it for something better, guy who serve me is not professional in fact , the place is well decorated place
Overpriced and boring food. Limited bar. Ambiance was nice, but that s about it. Won t return.
We had a truly wonderful outing. The RH Burger is amazing. The fries may be the best I've ever eaten. The veggie appetizer was beautiful, fresh, and tasty. The service was warm and attentive. We'll be back!
Beautiful place to eat! I went to have breakfast and it was soo good!
Best place to go for a cup of coffee and a piece of desert
Excellent venue to have brunch. However, the service was ok. Not what I expected from this level of restaurant. I will go back because I like the food and ambiance.
Its my favorite spot in Chicago. I like the almond croissant, its done perfectly everytime
Impressive indoor garden cafe in RH store. Although not part of the cafe but RH does have a rooftop section with excellent quality furniture on display of which you can chill and enjoy the sun
An awesome place for coffee, light food and beautiful design. It is a very popular place, no reservation, but you can enjoy RH furniture gallery from 1-4th floor and you can even bring your food&drink anywhere. Coffees & salads were my favorites
Bit pricy and usually long wait (1-2hrs) but worth visiting.
Great service, excellent coffee and friendly staff. I love stopping off here on the way to the office.
im a tourist what an awesome unique place, its a 4 stories building furniture but right in the middle theres a restaurant with a beautiful fountain, the RH Burger is yummy 10/10
Loved it, great ambiance. We went for brunch but would love to get back during early evening for wine.
Great, aesthetically pleasing cafe. Perfect place to take tourists if they don t mind the wait. Expect to wait 1-2 hours
While the menu is limited, the options are tasty. It's the atmosphere of the cafe that really steals the show - tucked away within Restoration Hardware, this is a must see. The only negative I've experienced is poor service 3 of the 4 times I've been. The servers are usually short, abrupt and seem to want to rush you out.
Well worth the long (usually hour plus) wait. All of the shared plates are really great proportions, I'd highly recommend the veggie platter and french fries!
Great food, amazing service and excellent furniture store
Make sure you come to this place every time you re in Chicago. The food is awesome and so does the environment. This is my second try, still love this place.
This is definitely a hidden gem in Chicago! Was expecting a small cafe, which turned out to be a beautiful one with food & drinks. If you explore the floors upstairs they are filled with furniture galleries to shop and choose from. Even if you aren t buying anything it is worth your time to roam around on every floor!
Three of us went to celebrate a friend finishing treatment for breast cancer. I cannot say enough about our waitress (Anna) and the assistant manager (Terry), they took excellent care of us! The experience was perfect from start to finish (not to mention, the food was delicious!). It was the perfect way to celebrate a new start for our friend! I cannot wait to go back!
So pretty, decent food but you are coming for atmosphere. Long wait, not great service but the room makes up for it enough that it's still 5 stars
IF YOU ARE ASIAN, DO NOT COME HERE!
The waitress works here is RACIST. I came here to have a brunch with my boyfriend during our Chicago trip. Just when our foods ready, my boyfriend pulled out a camera try to take a photo of me while sitting on his chair. Because who doesn't want to have a photo as a memory?
And the waitress came to tell us "we don't allow camera here. Only phone." So we didn't take any pictures after that.
If only what she said is true, because when I got back home. I saw tons of white girls' photos online that's shoot in here by cameras. (One girl even credits her photo to a professional photographer!)
What kind of rule is that? A rule only apply to Asians?
Love 3 arts! And RH! Favorite burger of all time! Good service as well.
Absolutely amazing place to eat! A chilled and beautiful cafe inside a design furniture store. Everything was delicious, delicate and well presented. The atmosphere was also stunning and unique as you can tell from the pictures! Staff was very friendly and on the look out for anything we might need. Couldn't recommend more this restaurant/cafe for its food, atmosphere and originality!
It's the cafe advertising restoration hardware, what else can one expect? Food was ok but major points on the ambience. Coffee was better than expected.
Utterly delightful. Spend the afternoon here or grab a coffee from the bar.
Friendly staff and great food. Plus it's a great place for cute pictures!
Love the ambiance and the staff there are incredible
Fantastic ambiance that pairs well with delicious food and a good selection of drinks.
Beautiful place, garden in the city crowd. More like a place for drinks and coffee. Very relaxing atmosphere. But if you want to eat I would rather go somewhere else.
My preferred place for tasty American food. It's so savory. Service treated us so nice. This place has a cool atmosphere. Reminds me of a place in New York I liked to visit.
We had brunch, food was good, but service not really: I forgot my phone there. I called to get my phone back- Find my iphone was showing it is there. The receptionist was rude, laughing for no reason and told that someone will contact me. I called 2 more times. No updates. After 3 hours - still nothing. Not even a call back. I asked to speak to a supervisor- but wasn t connected. They said they are busy and will get back to me.. no ETA.
Quite pricey but a lovely treat in a beautiful setting. Burrata and drinks were gorgeous. Fun to walk around the show rooms with a good coffee!
Great chai and great place to just sit, drink and talk.
Let me make this simple: Good presentation but the food is not worth its price. I received little to no service. Had no server until we asked for one. Server ignored us 90% of the time. The shift manager was actually the one who had to get us started. Asking for a cup of water is harder than anything else. It might be different for other people but from my first time experience, I would not recommend. I ordered the Lobster roll for $28, good presentation but very little lobster and alot of bread/carbs. If you are there for pictures and something pretty to look at then it's a good place to be at.
This place is amazing! And is best enjoyed with good friends, family, or someone special to you. It's in the Restored Hardware furniture gallery and is essentially like dining inside a furniture gallery that's inside a museum. The food was excellent and so are the lattes. If you're planning to visit on a weekend or holiday it's best to go early especially if you have a sizable group. Otherwise be prepared to wait, which would be worth it regardless.
what an enjoyment! dont just dine I'm the cafe, but go upstairs and chill around!
The atmosphere and vibe are great and the food is delicious. Every waiter is too powerful and kind
The price of the menu is reasonable
The rooftop on the 5th floor is good and the interior is pretty, so it's good to see.
Absolutely love this place! It's beautiful and the food is delicious!!!!
If you want a a more unique, fancy Chicago experience, head on our to Gold Coast to 3 Arts Club Cafe. It's a very regal chic indoor garden cafe inside Restoration Hardware offering drinks, fresh juices and amazing food.
3 Arts Club Cafe has actual table seating by the fountain in the middle and a few other places sprinkled throughout the cafe. It's usually a wait to grab one of these tables, but they also offer community seating at the dozens of couches throughout the cafe. My wife and I went on a Sunday late afternoon and were seated on a spacious couch with no wait.
Everything my wife and I ordered, we enjoyed. The fresh pear juice is great and not too ginger-y. The truffle grilled cheese is excellent and the fries it comes with are perfectly crisp. Wow. We ended our meal with the chocolate chip cookies and a glass of whole milk. The cookies come in threes and are perfectly warm.
3 Arts Club Cafe is a hidden gem in Chicago!
Beautiful restaurant. Food is not half bad. Price is, not cheap, but reasonable
Be aware you have to pay for valet parking now. $12. But the building is fabulous and I love eating in the cafe.
Great quality of food and coffee, rare place in Chicago. Stuff is friendly, service is excellent!
Also, they have the best cappucino in whole Chicago.
Beautiful atmosphere. Kind staff. Over priced and salty food. The drinks are delicious and appropriately priced.
This is the spot to go to for brunch. Be prepared for an hour wait for a table, but feel free to walk around the building looking at expensive furniture.
The most beautiful place I ve been! Food is great! Staff is very professional and friendly!
Great place for the wonderful lobsteroll lunch take the time to visit the floors after for el rooftop and the decor shop.
Great atmosphere. Feels like you're In a garden. In the middle of a restoration hardware store
