We made a reservation and ended up being able to be next to the fountain. It was great! The perfect romantic date night. The wine that was recommended was perfect and the lobster roll was DELICIOUS!! I did go in thinking that it comes with a side of fries, but it does not. The fries are an extra side that you have to order. Our server was kind, helpful, and did a fantastic job. We also did take advantage of the extra time we had after dinner and walked around the showrooms that are in the upper levels of the building. Highly recommend! !

One of my favorite places in Chicago. The building and the atmosphere is so relaxing. We go there frequently and we love most the rainbow trout simple prep. It's awesome.

This place is a gem. The skylights, the columns, the layout itself makes you feel like you're in Europe and not it Chicago. Food is great too, of course. Definitely come by for lunch or dinner if you're in town.

A top spot for tasty American food. Came in on a Thurs. The bill was appropriate for the quality. Food is like a place in Baltimore I loved.

Get ready for a long wait (mine was 2 hours). Reservations for cafe are not accepted. But, the wait is worth it. Meanwhile, just grab a drink from their bar and visit exibitions, last floor has an awesome sundeck.

Beautiful furniture store & cafe. Love the atmosphere. A little pricey but definitely worth it. Friendly staff too

My best friend suggests this place to me! This was beyond my expectation since I never been in a restaurant has such wonderful gallery. It is not only place to eat, it is full of art and well decorate it and furniture gallery. . When you look at those beautiful chandeliers around you whether your sitting or walking around you will enjoy it and never get bored. This is in the Restored Hardware furniture gallery and, essentially dinning inside the furniture gallery inside the museum.
On the second, third and fourth floor, you can take a tour and see all beautiful furniture gallery; you can arrange to buy as well if you can afford it thought, Lol!!
Yes, this restaurant is pricey, but for such place is definitely worth it. I enjoy the food; the service was wonderful. This is a really great place to bring you date, family, best people you love, or celebrate something special with your loved ones. I would make a reservation before I get there because they have waiting list specially on the weekend. Otherwise you consider to be in a waiting list for about an hour even though that happed you can sit and enjoy having coffee while you are waiting

Great brunch omelettes. Grilled cheese was also okay. With a beautiful fountain view. But my favorite part was the interior design ideas I can get from the upstairs. Beautiful.

A touch overpriced, but great nonetheless. You arent just paying for the venue, but the food was actually really good. Salad was bomb. Fries were well done. Staff was attentive.

Incredible experience, great place to have a drink or some food

Such a great place to see the Restoration Hardware catalog live and in person while waiting to eat in a unique beautifully appointed atrium space. I can't speak to the food as we have yet to be able to eat there. Waits are brutal on weekends and no reservations, thus the 3 stars. Best to be prepared to wait 90 minutes but the store will make up for it.

Anticipate a wait, food was great but service started out very slow and unaccommodating.

True to the hype, this place is beautifully breathtaking. An artistic interior decor delight.
Also, known as the restoration hardware this place was an decor place which now is the 3 Arts Cafe. Note: the above is per my knowledge, please look it further to confirm.

I would suggest every person visiting Chicago to go this place and be in Awe! I wouldn t recommend go in for having a desert n some coffee.

I am a big fan of this place: the ambience, attentive staff, and delicious food really wowed me. I took a friend here for a birthday lunch and it was perfect. It's suitable for both groups and individual lunches and feels somewhat private since each seating space is different from the next and everyone faces different directions to maximize the beautiful views.

I highly recommend the salmon board to share and the BLT sandwich to eat. It was without a doubt the yummiest BLT of my life!

For celebrating birthdays, we received a scoop of chocolate ice cream in a lovely steel candelabra, with a birthday candle on top -- really cute touch! The free valet is also A+.

There is a cafe on the first floor. Since the second floor or more is a furniture store, it was a shop with a wonderful atmosphere that sighed. Although it was a cafe, there were only popular shops and I waited about 30 minutes, but I could wait on the soft sofa and watch the showroom on the upper floor while waiting, a place where I can enjoy the waiting time is.
I thought that everything in my eyes was cute and fashionable and not quite in Japan.
There are some groups that have madam associations in cafes, families, dates, etc. I think many people came here ^^ I definitely want to come again! It's a shop!

I stopped here just to explore the store .... but found myself drawn to the cafe. I did not sit in the main dining area or have a full meal, but simply enjoyed a coffee and did some reading. It's a nice place to visit. I'll be going back to their wine bar with friends later on!

A beautiful place. Excellent atmosphere, delicious food (my husband ordered the hamburger - it's only one option - and I the fish). We finished with a latte and a cut coffee. The best service. We arrive easily walking from the hotel (av. Michigan), approx 20 minutes. As for prices it is reasonable (main course between 20 and 26 dls), the portion very well served. We will definitely return during our stay in Chicago, I think we will give breakfast a chance;)

This is a very nice venue... it is absolutely beautiful!! This new cafe has crystal chandeliers above and is a very elegant setting. The glass-ceilinged interior courtyard is nicely restored and refurbished. The restaurant food is basic but is very well done. The prices are $$$ but are a very fair value. The ambiance is very relaxing and of course a retro feel. The roof top will be great in the spring, summer and fall time frame. The fact that RH Chicago is not a store but a showroom and in one of the nicest and least commercial neighborhoods in town makes it special. I would recommend this as a must see place. It is in the Gold Coast after all and so very relaxing!!!

If I could give a million stars I would! Definitely a great experience and everyone was very nice and prompt with food service. It s a little pricey but the ambiance and the decor make up for it. Food is very tasty and prepared well on the plate.

Very lovely cafe/restaurant! The cafe is located within an upscale furniture/interior decor store. The ambiance and mood of the place is soft and elegant, perfect for a moment to unwind and appreciate good food. We ordered a charcuterie board and the roast beef sandwich. Both were delicious, but I would ve appreciated another selection of cheese on the board with the Brie. The seating is interesting as there s a mix between traditional seating of chairs and tables and couches and low set tables. I really enjoyed dinner here and I d recommend it for anyone looking to enjoy a light meal in an elegant and tasteful restaurant. Additionally, the hostess and servers were all pleasant and wonderful AND compliant with covid precautions.

Definitely a beautiful place, nicely decorated, and chic ambiance. Good customer service, no complaints there. The food was good, but nothing out of the ordinary. The reason I give it 2 starts only is because it is SO OVERPRICED. $80 for a burrata appetizer, an arugula salad with chicken and a truffle grilled cheese. The showrooms aren't even nice. Everything looks the same, with neutral colors and neutral shapes. Just overpriced things for people with no definite taste. You can see the 5 floors in 5 minutes. I like CB2 and Crate and Barrel much better. Do not even waste your time here. Never again.

We waited for 2 hours to get the seat but it was worth the wait. While you're waiting, you can check out the interior design on other floors (which are exceptional!).

I've been here 2x & this is an avg score for both visits. The first time I came, there was an hr wait, so we just took pics- it was really cool & fun. This place is like an upscale, nice furniture store.

Always an enjoyable experience until last Saturday...when their staff messed up hard.

1. We made a reservation but when we got there we were told to wait for ~20 minutes. During this time the receptionist seated other people and seemed to have forgotten about us. We had to stand next to her to remind her that we still haven t gotten seated.
2. Server took forever to show up, forgot an item in our order, and in general seemed like he had a hard time understanding what we were asking for.
3. And then the restaurant charged my credit card TWICE!!

I came here to celebrate a birthday with a group of 10 for dinner. Since they don't take reservations I arrived first and put us on the waitlist. The total wait was only 40 minutes which was plenty of time for the whole group to arrive while I got to enjoy a glass of prosecco and wander the upper floors. The absolute best waiting experience with window-shopping! The host was very accommodating considering the larger group and helped take coats and get everyone settled. The meal was delicious and perfect for an early dinner. We had the burrata and 3 salads to share for the table and each one had a unique flavor and texture. My favorite salad was the gem lettuce. For my entree I chose the french dip which was very tender and great leftover the next day too. The table shared the warm cookies with ice cream for dessert. This dining experience was really beautiful and hit all the senses. I liked lights in the evening and the sounds of the fountain all setting the scene for a fun occasion. I would go back to enjoy a sunny brunch in this space!

Very exceptional and breathtaking ambience. Limited menu but everything I've tried are very delicious though. The burger is highly recommended and their coffee too ( avoid this place on weekends very busy and the waiting usually very long)

Went there on Sunday morning. It was 15 mins after it opened, and the wait time was long.....We gave up immediately, but came back next morning on Monday. 10 mins before it open. There is no line and we were the first customer and sit right next to the fountain.
The food is a bit pricey, but definately delicious. And the restaurant is just astonishing beautiful. Had a good brunch there.

Pretty interior decor. Nice place to bring friends to sip tea. Haven t tried the food but had many friends who had. Heard that it s only so-so with no wow factor. Still it s worth coming here if you need a cafe to have tea and chat about life or business with someone.

Amazing. Beautiful decor, I can t remember the food, but I d tell you if it was no good! I loved the big pavilion feel about the venue. We even had some icky chewing gum stuck to our table which the staff bent over backwards to fix! Highly recommended.

This cafe inside of RH is a dream!! The greenery is beautiful, the water fountain, etc. very picture-esque! Service was a little slow but no worries. The chairs are like couches and are so comfortable. Food was amazing and wide selection of drinks.

Elegant, beautifully designed location complete with an art gallery. Highly HIGHLY recommended for a date or just to feel a bit more...sophisticated ;)

Where do I begin? This place scores a 10/10 on just about every aspect. The main draw is the ambiance / look. This is what you would call an Instagram perfect location. Usually places look better in pictures but this one is actually amazing in real life. The trees, brick courtyard, lights, and glass ceiling all combine for a surreal ambiance. It s truly a fairytale look.
The food is great too. We weren t too hungry so we ordered just fries and a desert. The banana split that we got was the best banana split I ve ever had in my life. It was super fun to eat since they give you 7 topics on the side that are at your disposal. For drinks I had the coffee which was a good gourmet coffee from their cafe. Other notes include a very friendly staff and great sound acoustics.
The only downside is the long wait, and even that just speaks to how good of a place this is. We came on an afternoon on a Sunday and were told an hour and a half wait but got a table in an hour. At least we got to explore the furniture store on the 5 levels above this restaurant. Overall if you re looking to impress out of town guests, this is your go to place!

Good service, good fancy brunch food. Just wish they had more options for food... Beautiful place and atmosphere, we girls love a pretty looking restaurant. Get there early so you don t have to wait too long and still get a very nice spot to sit down.
Although the place is beautiful, I m more of a foodie kind of girl so if I am looking for a delicious dish...maybe I will just come here again for coffee/tea or for brunch with the girls.

Great place with great view! However, there aren't much variety of food and drinks. Staffs look at you weirdly if you dress casual like me.

This always sends me back to the Mediterranean. The atmosphere is unmatched. The olive trees, the furniture; everything is dreamy. Love getting some red wine and cheese here. I also tried their burger and wasn't at all disappointed!
