Do nothing but pester you ring when they want simple thing is don't give them your land-line number or work number I haven't and I won't they tried getting more money out of me than what I could afford scum

this company keeps calling and messaging me at ridiculous times. no customer service dept. i am considering this as harassment as i have requested for your company to not contact me. without valid reason or response this is unlawfal. REMOVE MY NUMBER FROM YOUR DATABASE YOU HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER.

They continue to call and text me despite advising them they have the incorrect phone number. They don't seem to care they are breaching the DPA, PECR and definitely breaching GDPR. Looking forward to the 28th May when they can be properly fined for breaching GDPR.

Unsolicited calls will be treated just like spam. GDPR is quite clear that communication with any party must be authorised ....please show me and thousands of others where I/we authorised you to call my/our private mobile contract number ...without referring to you're an authorised agent of the debtor and have their permission to call us. SPAM goes straight to the bin as will all your calls!

How are companies like that even ALLOWED to exist? Horrible customer service, and ABSOLUTELY CLUELESS. They have been harassing me for a bill that was paid MONTHS ago! They are absolutely incapable of following up with the client and as such have no idea what the situation is when they call you. And WORSE - they KEEP CALLING you for months instead of following up with the client! JUST APPALLING.

Took money from my account without warning or permission to do so. Never even gave them my account details, they just got them from ebay and took the money. I settled my bill with ebay and this company still took money from my account. They should not exist. Please note the reply below form Arc Europe: You obviously do work with eBay as many people have experienced the same as myself. What you do is get hold of peoples account details and use eBay as a patsy for your scam. I have had to cancel my debit card as you are still taking money illegally from it. If it were a direct debit or standing order I would have just cancled those, but you just use my debit card details to illigally obtaim money from my account. Nice little earner for you goimg on the amoint of people you scam on a monthly basis.

I am emailing a compliment as I have never spoke to staff and made arrangements so easy and straight forward with such friendly and professional staff. It is a pleasure to actually pay my debt back with this company and other companies should learn from yours the staff are very pleasant to deal with and overall friendly and professional. Thank you

So far so good. The lady on the phone arranged my payment plan. All contact has stopped. I'd advise anyone who is contacted by ARC to realise they are regulated and they are just doing their job. I'd also advise to protect yourself by logging dates and times of calls and taking first names of the agents. Make a note of any important information you are told. I was told there will be 1 periodic review of my payment plan every 12 months which is acceptable. As long as they remain transparent and stick to what they say will happen then I can't complain at all. The staff have been fine on the phone. Some friendlier than others but no one has been rude.

What a joke, constantly pester on and on. And when I did set up a payment plan to finally shut them up they had a system error in which they took the payment twice. So they took my money immediately but I have to wait 3-5 days for refund. Staff you actually speak to are friendly and helpful but that s about the only positive

Your be pushed to and throw and then asked to email there other departments because they cant do it ! I ended up asking to be paid for doing there job i finally realised start a complaint procedure and boom there system miraciously uploaded and emails were received and cofirmation emais were finally sent.i do not want a reply from arc of apologies just consider the more vunerable

This morning I have had a bad experience trying to sort a payment with this company.Manager was extremely unhelpful and rude and so were the staff ,her name was Paige.Appailing customer care from ARC Europe told.

Stop spamming people's phone number ARC! They know that they have noting that they can use against you so they will just try to spam your phone number from different phone numbers to harass you enough that you pay them the non-existent debt! Just keep blocking their numbers. They are no different to the scammers that regularly call you from India.

Heartless, harrassing company. They don't do any checks on who they harass and clearly enjoy watching their victims suffer at the hands of their illegal and insane practises. Avoid any contact at all costs. I'd give zero if I could.

This company is relentless, they have been pestering me about a poxy 60 quid gym membership for months and months now, my membership was cancelled as per membership conditions but this company continues to bombard me looking for payment. As one of your other customer said, ' chap someone else's door because they ain't no money here for you'

Thoroughly unhelpful agent on the phone. Chasing me for an outstanding balance which had been written off months ago, but they refused to contact THEIR client to follow up, leading to me wasting more of my time trying to deal with it. EDIT: in the interest of fairness, the second agent I spoke to was a LOT more helpful than the first. Still not resolved but at least they've tried to help.

This company is a joke they have been pestering me for ages for gym membership I cancelled and had frozen for 9 months with a doctors note from an Injury so you need to get your facts right before pestering people

Very polite and understanding when your on need to miss payments on existing loans you have that has been past to them they have helped me save money as well as pay the amount I could only afford
