I bought a new Fine Woodworking 1975-2019 archive. There was no information on the operating system requirements on the Fine Woodworking website (FWW). When the USB arrived the OS is Windows 8-10 and Apple. I use Vista. I called FWW customer service to see if there was a workaround. The technical support supervisor said he would email me back. He did not email. So I called FWW customer support again and was told that the supervisor would get back to me in 24-48 "business hours" (that is 3-6 working days). He never did. I waited over a week. I have bought many, many Taunton (the publisher) products over the years. Not anymore. You just lost a customer.
