I have been a customer at Sylvia Group for over 7 years and every year when its time for renewal I feel like a brand new customer again as they are continually looking for better rates or additional necessary coverage for me based on the prior years life changes. Now if the cable company could only take a page out of Sylvia's play book!! :)
