I've used them twice now; once for an emergency repair during the summer and again for routine maintenance. Both times the tech has been professional, knowledgeable, and punctual.

THIS MESSAGE IS NOT TO THE AC TECH. Schedule an appt for maintenance about a month ago...less than 24 hours water was all over my laundry room. Call the company, right away a tech came out told me the situation, handle it. Less than a week, AC went out! Called Cool Connection paid $100 to see what the problem....was told it was the fan. AC still under warranty, but the Labor would be 3 hrs./$360 total. Call the company to work out something because Im not working due to COVID-19, was told to pay half now and the rest later. Tech came out Saturday night and finish the job in less than 20 mins. Yes! 20 mins. Paid the tech $160, I mentioned the time and he referred me to call the Company....did that Monday and ask for $100 back, because it was just 20 mins. Was just told by the Acct./Debbie, 'Let's make it even because I have to pay my Tech to pick up the part and take the old one back. WHERE IN THE HELL IN JAX FLORIDA DO YOU NEED $100 FOR GAS TO PICK SOMETHING UP AND TAKE IT BACK??!!! Well after 6 yrs of using this company, I come to find out they are a RIP OFF!!! I guess they needed that $100 more than me, to meet their quota for being closed due to the COVID-19.....GOD WILL take care of COOL CONNECTION FOR TAKING FROM the WEAK at a time like this!
