Simple, majestic and green! Very communal and safe! While some parts of the world are harming mother earth purely in the greed for wealth, the Sustainable City shows us how we can live with basically the same luxuries but not to the expense of natural resources. This is how the world should live!

Good initiative. Unfortunately the city is not finished yet, but so far it is worth visiting!

I really love the concept and the design of this city or the community in Arabian Ranches. It s autonomous. And it s full of stylish restaurants, cafes, nurseries, parks and etc which are literally what you hope for! Amazing and ideal place.

The place is tired of it .. I thank the existing authorities .. Yes .. the place is very quiet .. clean and nice ... in which there are games for children and adults ... and a bicycle pathway whose ground is somewhat uneven ... and some sports equipment .. The stadium ... the restrooms ... and the gates from the four sides.
But I wrapped the garden several times, and I intentionally approached the flowers and trees .. But the flowers and trees do not emit any pleasant smell..and they were artificial trees ... Do not feel that you are in a garden with this huge amount of green vegetation ....

Amazing city! Run on solar power, full of greenery, a lake with fish and ducks, plus an animal sanctuary. Very nice place to live or even to visit one of the many restaurants.

Beats any other community I can think of, hands down - the only community I know to be properly pedestrianised and safe for kids - economically, socially and environmentally sustainable living.

Environment friendly community. Great for families and the community area is one of the best I have seen. Kids can enjoy the playground, little zoo and lots of space for scooters or bikes. Houses are equipped with solar system - one of its kind in Dubai. There're dedicated parking areas for cars and people take a buggy to their houses.

The city of the future. Can t imagine it s a community in Dubai, very beautiful and environmentally friendly.

A great greenery place,A running track,swimming pools,a great place where everything is just downstairs. Though most eating places are not open yet,I just moved in and its the best choice.

A luxury living area but no park and playground. One and only horse riding place. small marker name Zoom, little school cracked nursery and Fairgreen school, all the parking area has solar system, parking roofs covered with solar plates. I like it.

One of the new eco-friendly areas in Dubai.
Very comfortable for families and kids.
There is a lake with a lot of ducks and beautiful landscape area.
Also for sport there is football and other activities to do.

Absolutely love this place. Runs on solar panels and water from showers is recycled and used to water the plants. They have their own green houses where they grow organic greens and veggies. Whats not to love. Also has a little plaza with some restaurants and more to open soon.

Conceptually is makes a lot of sense, not sure that in reality in the middle of dessert it actually works.

Car free with plenty of parking for residents, useful ring road and golf carts transport within the car free area and loading poles for electric vehicles.

Definitely a place to check out on Friday afternoon for the market or to have a walk around with kids to visit the animal sanctuary and/or green areas.

Big equestrian zone and highly rated school within the community as well!

Poorly built houses due to drains blocked with building spoil, causing constant backflows and gross smells. AC electronics in the houses keep failing and underground water tanks and their associated pumps are a never ending nightmare.

Gated community. Facilities like equestrian, restaurants, playgrounds, electric carts, swimming pool and gym.

The place to be if you re looking for a great coffee, coupled with the best cakes and bites... their pancakes top it all.

Friendly people, quiet, clean air and surroundings, easy and efficient to get around places. It's a 5 star from me.

Expensive for what you get in the developer owned villas.

Good finish quality, but all the bedrooms except master are too small. Rents are on expensive side and lots of facilities are still being developed.

This is where I live. High rental, small house but nice neighbourhood. Not too sure how sustainable though...it remains to be seen but overall nice place to live as with most other expatriate communities in Dubai, I suppose

A super cute community with dog park, petting zoo, wooden playhouse, playground, pound, restaurants and much more. Car free. AMAZING

Beautiful community with great gardens and pool (for residents and their guests only) but also has a plaza at the front with some shops and restaurants including a seafood place hook & cook and coffee shop spill the bean. Both are worth a visit and if you like mexican food a second branch of jumeirah s maria bonita has also recently opened in this community. Free and ample parking also available
