Worst Service I have ever seen , employees are rude , was trying to return a router as per the representative recommendation because it was replaced by another newer model , Rep. kept asking if I am cancelling the service after repeating four times that I am not , she Got really aggressive .

I was just at Rogers this location right at opening and witnessed incredible customer service. Rude first customer walks in and creates an altercation with two senior ladies I just thought the representative Robert and other staff handled it so well and I certainly know what that's like myself been through this at our own retail store in Whitby at MTC Factory Outlet. I just wanted to give you guys a thumbs up have a great day!

Came in a few times in the span of a week for some phone trouble. All the employees and managers were a great. They make sure to help the best way they can and resolve your issues.
It's a busy location, so for the individuals complaining of wait times, you need to be mindful of the hours you are going.
Also, they're very attentive with their customers which if you're waiting in line, might be frustrating...but you will appreciate when it's you're turn. There is another Rogers store on the other side of Dundas...which should make you realize this store is so busy for the great service.

The service here was horrible. I came in with a specific issue (my number was somehow ported illegally - they don t seem to know how). The lady at the desk told me there was nothing they could do and called the main Rogers number and left the room. This was after I had already called the main customer service desk to be told that a store had to issue me a new SIM card. The person on the other end of the phone asked to speak with the customer service agent I was dealing with in this store, and she was nowhere to be seen. The store manager saw I was looking for her and did nothing. She decided that it was good timing to go though the staff only door instead of staying to help me.
After waiting 5 minutes for her to return, we were finally able to move forward with trying to resolve my issue.
This is not what customer service looks like. This is what it looks like when the person working at the store does not care about what inconsiderate behaviors do to a brand.
