The service here was horrible. I came in with a specific issue (my number was somehow ported illegally - they don t seem to know how). The lady at the desk told me there was nothing they could do and called the main Rogers number and left the room. This was after I had already called the main customer service desk to be told that a store had to issue me a new SIM card. The person on the other end of the phone asked to speak with the customer service agent I was dealing with in this store, and she was nowhere to be seen. The store manager saw I was looking for her and did nothing. She decided that it was good timing to go though the staff only door instead of staying to help me.
After waiting 5 minutes for her to return, we were finally able to move forward with trying to resolve my issue.
This is not what customer service looks like. This is what it looks like when the person working at the store does not care about what inconsiderate behaviors do to a brand.
