Loved everything about this beautiful get-away! The entire staff was pleasant and very helpful. The spa itself was very beautiful
and clean. Three of us booked 3 services each... so all 9 spa services were spot on. Each practitioner was wonderful. We are coming back in October!!!
My husband and I spent two days at The Spa at Norwich Inn and it was perfect! The staff is so friendly and helpful, the room was great, and the food was AMAZING! The spa treatments were great, and the therapists were great (we had a number of different treatments). It was raining so didn t get to do much outdoors, but the indoor is super cozy so we were never bored. If you re looking to relax for a couple of days I would highly recommend The Spa at Norwich Inn.
I ve been coming here for the past 10+ years and have never had a bad experience. Their spa is wonderful and they provide the best services. Staying overnight at the Inn is always a great experience as well as the offer great overnight packages. My husband and I were also married at the Inn back in 2017 their wedding packages are great, affordable and the entire experience was stress free! Highly recommend!
We just had breakfast. Everything was fantastic. Clean space and friendly staff. Specially Kim. We enjoyed it and will highly recommend it.

As a thank you l treated my girlfriend to a massage. She said it's her go to place for a special treat.
We arrived early, swam a bit, then the hot tub, then steam room then shower followed by our seperate massages.
Then she treated me to dinner there as well.so relaxing, everyone was wearing masks except in the water and was easy to stay apart. No crowded areas.

It is a decent spa, if not incredibly overpriced if you do not take advantage of everything on site. My suggestion is to arrive early the day of your reservation (like 3 hours early) and utilize the steam room, sauna, hot tub, outdoor seating, and relaxation room. The restaurant serves outstanding food... which is the real gem of the property. The hotel rooms are in dire need of an update, as are the villas. This resort is best for bridal parties, girls getaways etc where you can hang out with your guests in the steam and sauna rooms, as there are no coed facilities.

Spa with all its amenities fabulous. Food awesome including great fun drinks. Staff excellent at every turn including Fred, Kyle, Kim, Stacy and all the spa personnel.
2nd time here. Can't wait to return again. Literally 5 minutes from Mohegan Sun if you like to gamble

The Spa at Norwich Inn is absolutely breathtaking! Inside and out there are so many photo opportunities, must see in person! Great service staff and food. GARY BAKER, the Director of Sales, was truly heaven sent! From day one he treated us like a family friend and we are so grateful for him! My family can t stop talking about him still.
Our wedding was everything we hoped for and more.. Highly recommend!
What an experience!! The price certainly deters a lot of people away I'm sure, but it was my husband's birthday and I had to spend it (the price included use of the gym and pool as well). He was surprised by the robe, changing/locker rooms, treatment/massage he received and he's excited to return for another. Thank you Norwich Inn & Spa for your professionalism and cleanliness. It felt like we walked into another world - very beautiful decor, etc.
