The South African Pharmacy Council Review

Been waiting 18 working days for a request, after initially informed it will take 5-7 working days, then 7-14 working days. Every now and then you will get someone that does a great job, sad that the majority just brings down their reputation.

If I could give a 0 I would. Most useless Council I've ever come across

Please Discern pharmacy does not want to give my medicine?.. what is going on need help or advice PLEASE. Or must I go to nother pharmacy.

Service is slow but they try to help if you get through waiting list on the phone..no response on customer care email..

When you phone pharmacy council for assistance with your pharmacy related issues, you should ensure you are seated with a beverage because you have a long wait ahead before someone answers you.

I would give then a minus zero if I could, 3years later they cannot help with a lodged complain, sending me from pillar to post, now hiding under lockdown, they are useless, no wonder the pharmacies do as they please because they are represented by this ppl

I have been contacting the council requesting my registration certificate,, I called, sent emails, wrote on the website but nothing is happening.
I am out of options now.
The sad part is dat I can't write my assessments without this certificate.

Stupid lazy people working at this place. Not helpful at all. You suck
