RSD Recruitment Reviews

They cancelled my interview the night before, then when I got the times mixed up (I had 3 interviews the same day, easy mistake when the recruitment company don't have a bloody clue after already cancelling on you) they refused to accommodate. They say the employer refused to meet me, which I know is a lie because I spoke to said employer :) but anyway, I'll stick to reliable agencies.

I'm not one for writing reviews but seeing someone has left a negative one I thought I'd voice my personal dealings with RSD
I've been so impressed with this company and their attitude and professionalism towards helping me find applicants for my current roles.
The people they have sent through have been of great standard and perfect for the job
We have used many recruitment companies before, but I'm happy to say I will now stay with RSD for all further vacancies I have

Fantastic company.
Joe liaised with me throughout the whole process, from before my first interview till after the last and getting the job. He was quick to answer any questions I had, and offered me support when ever it was needed.
Can't fault the service received. If whole company is at the same standard then they're phenomenal.

DO NOT TRUST THIS AGENCY
Very badly run agency. They do not pay you when they say they will and do not return your calls when you are owed money for work done on their behalf. When they decide to pay you they also make up lies as to why you have not been paided the correct amount of money you are owed. I have never experienced such a badly run agency in my career and would recommend not working on behalf of this amateur company as it is not guarnteed you will be paid for the hours you have worked for them. 1 star rating is to much for them 0 star rating is very reasonable for this bunch of cowboys.

Altough I was not able to take the offered position, just thought I would thank James and RSD for bringing back my faith in recruiters. Honest, communicative, friendly and professional. If I am ever in a position to hire a recruitment agency - it will be them, because I know they will handle all candidates with 100% professionalism.

The guys at RSD really know the recruitment processes in all industries especially in construction and tool hire; their way of business makes the whole process very simple and straightforward. Moreover, it puts any employer in the driving street, removing a lot of the obstacles faced when employing quality staff!
