Kind of a ghost town during the days as many of the stores here cater towards tourists and diners. The restaurants pick up at night and weekends, especially with the House of Blurs moving in this year, 2017. Parking in the structure for the first hour is free and you get an additional hour with validation.

I wanted to love this place but the combination of empty storefronts and odd stores I had no interest in combined with paid parking was a bummer.

Great location though, I hope they can attract more tenants.

I live in Anaheim. I did not even know about this place! I had to go to Cheesecake Factory to buy a piece of cheesecake for a birthday party. You can see the Factory and Bubba Gump's from the street.

I found myself in a parking structure that I never realized was there and I had to walk through the Walk to get back to the street for entry to the Factory. I was all like "Whaaaaaaat?!" The Garden Walk is awesome!

The first cool thing was the huge sign for Harley of Anaheim at the elevators from the parking structure to the actual walk. Nice advertising. Didn't know it was there before I saw the sign. Got off the elevator and was greeted by a person who works on the walk. The person was on their way to work and had a huge smile on their face. Obviously a great place to work, or just a really happy person. Next, bam! right there on the wall was a dispenser for free sunscreen lotion. Being of fair skin, me and the wife lotioned up. Thank you very much whoever thought of putting that thing there!

We walked the Walk. It is young, still being expanded, but already it was packed with great shops. The Nerdy Mama (something like that) was an amazing crafty shop that sells costumes and all sorts of nerd-themed things. There is a full-size costume of a female tuskan raider in the window.

Upstairs in an artsy area with eclectic pop culture pieces painted on the walls. That area opens onto a huge area made for hanging out and watching bands on an outdoor stage. This is appropriately located at a pub entrance and the House of Blues Anaheim entrance.

Universal City Walk has nothing on this place. Except maybe Voodoo Donuts. Come on Anaheim - get us a Voodoo Donuts, plzzz!

So this review is a little unconventional because my car was broken into while I was visiting the garden walk which sucks BUT the parking lot security and management team did an amazing job handling the situation. Nick went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe and cleaned all the broken glass out of my car and the security helped me in filing my police report and made sure everything was well documented I'm waiting to hear back from them in regards to their camera footage. I am very grateful for their care in such an unfortunate situation.

Tenancy has increased a lot in the past few years, making this a more attractive destination. Many good restaurants and eateries, as well as the House of Blues and Billy Beez. Parking on level 2 can be crazy, so do yourself a favor and park on level 3 and use the elevators.

Okay, like a ghost town on Mondays.
Many shops have closed and very few were open mid afternoon. I've been here before but, have never seen it like this before. It was quite disturbing to say the least.
Covid19 regulations in Orange County have really had a huge negative effect on this open outdoor mall and restaurants.

There really isn't much here. Lots of unopened stores and vacant locations. It's was the middle of the day on a Sunday and we expected a location this close to Disney to offer some tourist shopping. We walked the length of the place and left empty handed.

A great selection o restaurants at various price levels. The venue stays busy, but us not over crowded. California Pizza has superior service. The grounds are clean. The shopping options are very limited. The bowling alley is a cool option for families and groups looking for a break from the heat.

Every year a group of 8 of us get together for Blizzcon and coming here night one has become our tradition. It's a great place to wander around for a bit, have a drink, eat some great food. It can get a little crowded, and you can end up waiting 30m-1h to get in to some of the restaurants, but that's to be expected based on the location and events going on when we're there.

This location has tons of potential just due to it's location, but it's missing so much!! The only reason I would visit the Gardenwalk was due to the movie theater, but since there's no theater now I have no reason to visit. Parking is usually a hassle, I don't think I've ever encountered such a confusing parking structure. It might have more of a crowd after the House of Blues takes over, but I doubt it will make a huge difference. The only stores I personally like are Lush and Geeky Mamas. To me, this location is 2 stars just because it has a good variety of restaurants. So far, I've been to 2 Yelp events at this locations and it went great.

Parking is a rip off. Let's charge customers an arm and a leg to come spend money. Lost my parking ticket. Understandable that they have to charge a Max. But I took my ticket in to get it validated and it got lost. If I was suppose to get a validation. Shouldn't that be the same as getting a duplicate of some sort or override so that I can validate? Whatever. 24$ for a damn hour. Never coming back. Pretty f'ing shtty

Big disappointment that this isn't as busy as we all wanted it to be. For what is here...it is good. Billy Beez for my 9 yr old. House of Blues for my 27 yr old. Restaurant row in the front for me. What is in between, I really don't remember although I have been here a dozen times or more. The place is anchored by Cheesecake Factory, House of Blues, Bubba Gump Shrimp, 24 Hr Fitness and McCormick and Schmick's. There is more here to discover if you take just a few minutes.

Good area with good shops and lots of places to eat. Close to Disneyland and maybe the only main option with most of Downtown Disney gone to build more Hotels....ugh. a few unique shops and a few well known larger ones (O'Neill, Harley Davidson, etc..). House of Blues, Johnny Rockets, Black light bowling, Fire and Ice Mongolian Grill, etc....

A nice place to kill some time and get a little walk in. A couple of cool little shops to check out. Most of the restaurants were packed on a Friday night but that is to be expected on a weekend night. The wait for most of the restaurants was about 1-2 hours.

Very nice outdoor mall. Is the new home of three house of blues in Anaheim now, with a Johnny Rocket's just next door.

A very beautifully planned and executed shopping center, architecturally, with a huge multi layer parking structure, but they seem to be able to keep only every third storefront rented so out had a ghost town feel with windows borded up all over the place
