Process of selecting crew is really bad. The take persons on basis of grt. Actually its government body it should conduct exam for sailors and take them based on their knowledge.but is not doing that and not helping bright sailors

It is an Indian shipping company transport the oil, containers and bulk cargo and also provide the job to Seamans on their ships.

If you search on google its psu company but actually you will get psu facilities after 8 years working there. And for working you have to clear test and interview you can easily do that but main problem start from there 2.5 year atleast time on training & approximate 6lacs rupees you have to pay and after completing it there is no security you will get job so if not clear last exam than all will be waste if clear exam than may be 1 or 2 year they will call you not before that.

I want to join this company because this is fabulous for the marine line strugglers........
