The Schauble Team Review

Working with Steve was great. He was able to find and show us a house that we didn't see in our own searches and we ended up loving it. It's now November and I'm being offered a free pie. That's not why I'm leaving a good review, however it did remind me about wanting to talk to steve about something. He returned my phone call in a timely manner and gave me some advice on some things. Great team, very helpful and always nice.

Steve and Nick are very helpful in the process of my purchasing a home in East Peoria. Steve has an excellent knowledge of the market there and
what things to look out for and what items may cost to repair/replace.

We relocated to Peoria from out of state during a very hectic time for the real estate market. Nick and his team spent a lot of time with us, showing us dozens of homes and working through all of the inquiries that come with each one with diligence, patience and great communication. Months later we finally found the perfect house and the process to close was smooth and easy to navigate. It's important to feel confident about your home purchase and happy with the property you're buying. We didn't even end up buying a house, but I tell you what: you won't find better than Steve. This man is so knowledgeable about the area, home values, and especially conditions of homes. His background is such a valuable tool. Responds so quickly to any questions. Organized, efficient, polite. You really can't go wrong with him at the helm. Steve - thanks so much, we appreciate everything you did for us. You're a true master of your craft.

Christine Scahuble and her associate Lindsey Thomas were extremely helpful and responsive to my needs. A single woman, I came from Florida to look at homes for sale, and Lindsey spent 3 days with me lining up homes, driving my mom and I around (it snowed and I had never driven in snow!), listening to my needs and wants and then finding homes that matched those. Lindsey was very patient and understanding and also knowledgeable of the areas of town. When I found a house and went to the office to make an offer, both she and Christine were very professional, thorough and kind. They took all the time I needed to go through the process with confidence. Since I lived out of state, they handled the closing, inspection, and any other issues for me, without hesitation. I would never hesitate to recommend them for any real estate needs and appreciate their kindness to me tremendously. They went above and beyond what any agent normally would.

Steve was very helpful and understanding when helping us find our future house. Nick was also helpful when it came time to dealing with all our paperwork. I would recommend anyone on the Schauble team if you are looking to buy or sell.

Christine and the Schauble Team were phenomenal throughout our home purchasing process. Communication was top-notch, and we were able to close on our new home, having searched remotely and only looked in person for a couple days. We will definitely use the Schauble Team again!

Christine and her whole team did an excellent job selling our house. They gave good advice on getting it ready to show and were very transparent on costs and the process. Our house sold quickly (6 days) and someone from her team reached out nearly every day letting us know what was going on and what to expect next. The whole process was smooth and made selling our house a much better experience than what we thought we'd be in for. I highly recommend them.
