Working with Steve was great. He was able to find and show us a house that we didn't see in our own searches and we ended up loving it. It's now November and I'm being offered a free pie. That's not why I'm leaving a good review, however it did remind me about wanting to talk to steve about something. He returned my phone call in a timely manner and gave me some advice on some things. His background is such a valuable tool. Responds so quickly to any questions. Organized, efficient, polite. You really can't go wrong with him at the helm. Christine Scahuble and her associate Lindsey Thomas were extremely helpful and responsive to my needs. A single woman, I came from Florida to look at homes for sale, and Lindsey spent 3 days with me lining up homes, driving my mom and I around (it snowed and I had never driven in snow!), listening to my needs and wants and then finding homes that matched those. Lindsey was very patient and understanding and also knowledgeable of the areas of town. When I found a house and went to the office to make an offer, both she and Christine were very professional, thorough and kind. They took all the time I needed to go through the process with confidence. Since I lived out of state, they handled the closing, inspection, and any other issues for me, without hesitation. I would never hesitate to recommend them for any real estate needs and appreciate their kindness to me tremendously. They went above and beyond what any agent normally would.
