As a member of San Mateo County Association of Realtors, I have always been pleased with the service I received at the office. Recently, I came across the issue that seemed to be difficult to resolve. I called the SamCar office and got to talk to Dalen Gilbrech, the lead visual designer. Dalen was very patient, informative and knowledgeable of the subject that we discussed. Even though my problem seemed to have no desirable outcome, Dalen, in his attempt to have the problem resolved to my satisfaction, conveyed it to the executive officer Alane Gilbrech. I was very impressed with Alane s professionalism and commitment to the highest level of customer s satisfaction. And Dalen s enthusiasm to get to the root of the issue promptly exceeded my expectations. Just within a short period of time, the issue had been resolved in my benefit.
With today's fast pace and the fact that most people who provide any type of service have more work than they can handle, good service may be considered a rare treat. I wanted to make sure that these wonderful professionals, Alane Gilbrech and Dalen Gilbrech know how much I appreciate their extra attention and efforts.

Unethical! I was a member for a number of months and was charged for Supra eKey that I could not use. When I found out that I could not use it and asked for a partial refund, I was told that once the Supra eKey fee is paid there's no refunds, even if the service does not work. I called the Supra eKEY support as well and they told me there's nothing they could do as SAMCAR has to be the one to issue the refund since the fee was paid to them. SAMCAR would not issue the refund. This is simply not right! I'm a new agent and I needed support and they provided absolutely none.

The response from SAMCAR below is not honest. I have an email from one of their reps who told me that in order to use a Supra eKey I need to be a member of SAMCAR which I was not in 2020. That is why my Supra did not work. Also, they have two fee schedules, one for SAMCAR members and one for non-members, yet I was told I had to be a member to use the eKey. Contradictions.

San Mateo County Association or Realtors is waging a dirty below the board Campaign in Redwood City Politics. Be advised, we will start checking to see which realtors are associated with this and they will go on a Do Not Recommend list.

Staff is helpful, kind and informative. Ellaine is a ray of sunshine and a pleasure to see everytime.

They are an outstanding Association and support education of their members so they can better serve the citizens of San Mateo County. Go SAMCAR

This Board is great and they have always taken care of me with respect and appreciation. As a realtor supporting the board i want to thank you for being there and giving me respect every time
i needed your help. They have on going classes and education in our field that should keep us very informed if we take the time to take them we can excell in our industry today.

Don't waste time with them. They are in the pocket of the Brokerages who support them.

We suspected it going in and were warned about it by members of the community. Just another worthless agency.

They knew full well that the brokerage had violated their fiduciary duty and sat there listening to them lie and contradict themselves, but no way do they go against members.
