This office exceeded my expectations. Friendly staff and technicians. All of the equipment was top of the line. I couldn't recommend them more for routine health checks and dental work.

The first couple times I went to this office, I had a pleasant experience; however the doctors I then went to moved to another office. Now, very rarely do they answer their phones, return phone calls, or take you seriously when you are there. I ve been trying to get ahold of someone at the office for two months without a response. I have been laughed at and brushed off when telling them my symptoms. I had ovarian cyst ruptures every month and asked to be referred to an OBGYN. When I told them this, they said my pain was normal and didn t get me a referral for almost a YEAR. I took things into my own hands and set up an OBGYN appointment myself. I had an MRI, two ultrasounds and was diagnosed with stage 3 endometriosis after a laparoscopic chromotubation surgery. I almost had to remove a Fallopian tube at this time. Because I was not taken seriously or cared about as a patient, I would have become infertile if I did not take things into my own hands and left it in theirs.

Great clinics around central valley, they have 6 clinics in total that also have dental and optical services. Doctors are very knowledgeable, staff is very friendly. Great service and care overall.

Worst experience ever. No one answered the phone for almost two hours between one and three p.m. When I left a message with my phone number, no one ever called me back. I had to go there in person. When I got there, they told me they are not accepting any new Calviva patients, but they apparently never gave Calviva that information, as Calviva's computers still showed they were accepting new patients.

I went to there because of flu& congestion female dr was super nice and helpful & she were happy person and staff was great

Dental never answer s the phone, I been trying for a week and nobody answer s the phone in the dental office, ever!!! I called and left 2messages to call me back for an appointment and they still haven t and it s been a week now... U pretty much have to drive to CVIH walk in and make an appointment face to face, that s the only way I be been able to make an appointment!!!!!!!! Worst service on the planet!!!!

Very friendly staff, excellent care. Nice facility.

My boyfriend had an appointment here, and after showing up was told since he had Medi-Cal BCBS that he was in the wrong building and he had to go to specific building. He's had this appointment for three months and nobody even bothered to call him and say "Hey, you need to go to such and such building since they take your insurance."

Ridiculous. Why waste our time?
