I can't praise the Roark group enough! They have been with us since we started The Miller McNeil Woodruff Foundation in 2011 and they always go above and beyond to make sure our needs are taken care of. We have worked with several different people over the last 5 years and every single one of them has been a pleasure to work with!

Do not use this company. When they switched over from Dymark to Roark, I have had nothing but issues. I first ordered a sign a week a half ago and told Carina that I needed a rush on it as I had an upcoming listing. After checking in numerous times, I was told that they would deliver it to my house by the latest this morning. The delivery person showed up with the wrong type of sign around 12pm and without the post I had ordered and paid for. Mind you, I made it very clear that I had to have the signage today for my new listing. I got the run around from 3 different employees none of which had been briefed and finally was transferred to the printing manager, Tony. My experience with Tony was very unprofessional, he essentially blamed the mistake on the other employees and did not take ownership for anything. He was very combative and unapologetic. I totally understand that printing mistakes happen; however, the reason I would encourage anyone to steer clear of this business is due to their complete lack of customer care. Tony should not be talking to customers with his unprofessional demeanor. I spoke with one of the owners, Dave and while he was more professional he didn t seem to care that I had such a terrible experience and pushed it off like I had a different perception of what happened than Tony. I do have all this documented. Bad business practices and treating customers poorly definitively gets around. As a business owner myself, do not waste your time with this company.

I cannot run my business if I am working with a business that does not follow through with deliverables/their word and is not solutions oriented when they do mess up. They put me in a position that I could not meet my client s timeline because they did not follow through. I paid almost $300 for a sign and wasted 3 hours of my day due to how unorganized and unprofessional this company is.

Our business uses several different printers for different jobs, and recently we used Roark for a large run of printed materials that had specific post-printing production needs (multiple die cuts, bundling, packaging, etc) and the customer representative was able to understand our needs and offer timely feedback and delivery. We will definitely consult Roark again in the future if we have more high-volume, high-maintenance print needs.
