While we did not spend the night, we did enjoy a delicious meal with beautiful scenery. The staff is very courteous and accommodating and the food was fantastic. Next time I'm in Tucson, I hope to visit again!
Fabulous views from the balcony of our room. Many great dining options. Superb fitness room and multiple hiking trails.

Great hotel and service! Exceptional experience aside from some issues with receiving the promised American Express hotel perks. More so, the treatment by the concierge was extremely rude, unprofessional, and plainly inhumane. Additionally, she being the head of room management is uncalled for with the treatment that is expected from the Ritz Carlton. I'd love to speak to a higher up in regards to this as there was not even an effort for apology made!
Quality of the drop coffee was horrible. Otherwise everything was good but not great. Staff was always very friendly though.
