Great place to stay! Top notch service, the beds are very comfortable, the pool is great.

fantastic. an absolute pleasure. difficult to justify spending only a bit less to stay in another hotel. i highly recommend tightening the belt a bit and giving this a shot. for those of you who have already been here, you know what i mean. the hospitality is superb, the food and weekend music are divine, the grounds are quiet, seamlessly integrated into the natural surroundings, and only a short meandering drive through this extraordinary desert.

Amazing resort! Every detail of our stay has been perfect. We stayed for 4 nights with a dog and a baby, and the hotel was very accommodating for both. The room was spotless, had plenty of storage, and opened straight up to the outside, which was perfect for the dog. All staff were friendly and helpful. Can't fault this place at all.

The location is very quaint and comforting. Very nice location for a quick getaway. I was here for a conference but wished I could have stayed longer. Service was great, everyone said hello to me when I passed. Would definitely recommend.

The house keeping stole my personal items and management took the side of their staff. At the end of my stay they returned my property but it was took late. Do not stay here unless you want your stuff stolen from you.

Our 40th wedding anniversar. Nothing special to the Ritz. Very disappointed after staying here before. We know they will use Covid 19 as an excuse. But come on not even one acknowledgment CHEAP excuse for a Ritz at best. Dont go and you will be happy. Two stars is way too much

This resort is absolutely amazing. It's gorgeous and the staff was incredible. They pay attention to the finest details to make sure you're experience is perfect. They have lots of activities around the resort and the outdoor views are spectacular.

Rooms were clean and spacious with fantastic views. The restaurant service and offerings were very sub par for a Ritz. They seemed to be very understaffed, slow, and at times rude about service. I was very surprised that the concierge did not offer to arrange transportation offsite since the main dinner restaurant was completely booked one night. They even commented there were only 3 Uber drivers in town and we had to call our own cab. I was very disappointed in the overall experience and slow service.

Staff is wonderful here. It's a top notch resort. We had TERRIBLE weather while we were visiting, and we tried to make the best of it, and the staff was certainly a positive group that helped us make the most of it. Lovely location. I would like to visit again with better weather.

Summer is a great time to come. Rates are really good and the locals are here so you get insider info on Tucson.

The staff was amazing and the hiking trails were just outside of our room. This resort is a must if your going to hike and enjoy a spa treatment in Arizona.

Very scenic location at the base of Dove Mountain. Top shelf hotel/resort with all the amenities. Easy and hard hiking trials right out the door.

Perfect example of the Ritz extreme customer service experience and elegance. They always find a way to over deliver. Dove Mounatin is fabulous. From the moment we arrived and met Jim, to the awesome experience KY provided at 3 different meals we had our experience w memorable.

Gorgeous resort nestled in the foothills of northern Tucson. Beautiful facility and surrounding grounds with plenty of hiking and horse trails.

Wild Burro trails are beautiful, well marked and not difficult. There are many trails off Wild Burro to explore so I will be back.

Excellent experience!! My family did a stay vacation here and had a great time so much activity s for your kids and the water slide at the pool is a blast. Our Golf experience was great. The veiews are amazing. It s in the tortalita mountains in Marana. The food is great avocado fries at the pool .the core is Amazing and has a great wine selection. We stayed in one of the casitas and our room was nice and service and staff are very accommodating and nice. I would stay jere again!!

We visited for my friend's wedding and it was beautiful. Location is secluded and qiuet with well manicured desert landscaping. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was a nice experience.

Came for a conference. A long drive from Tucson airport but worth it. The grounds are manicured in the desert southwest design. Calm and serene. But with a private water slide. Fun for everyone. Worth the stay.

Chef cut up chicken fir me and made vegetables more tender because I am recovering from a fractured jaw. They upgraded my room to mountain view. Room is beautiful.

Second to none, the nicest hotel I've been at. The view is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff are some of the nicest people I've met.

We attended a professional event. Everything was well done and service oriented. The food was amazing! Which is not typical for a banquet. The drinks were kind of expensive. Lightning at the stairs when leaving needs to be enproved. A lady fell because she could not see them for a safe decent. But all in all it was a beautiful location and lovely facility.

Beautiful property, well maintained! Super Classy. Excellent service, starting with the valet staff, bell boys, to Eduardo at the pool. Samantha Boone the front desk manager was super professional and friendly. The water ride is awesome, the pools are gorgeous specially the spa pool. The Casitas are spacious and well appointed. Tried all the restaurants, the food was delicious. Recommend to try the burger bystro by golf course since it has pretty views.

It's the darn ritz! What can you say bad about this place. Watch out for the snakes.

Very kid friendly, pool, toddler splash pad, pool slide, beautiful gorgeous views, awesome clean layout, perfect place for pictures, weddings, vacation ect. You won't be disappointed when staying here.

5 Star Resort and the best I've ever stayed at!

This Ritz Resort is actually rated in Forbes Magazine as only 1 of 2 of their five star resorts I'm the entire U.S.

The family and did a random drive down from Gilbert yesterday. We literally had no reservation here at the Ritz. I pulled up to the valet and was immediately greeted from friendly staff. I walked straight to the front desk (no wait) and advised them we did not have a reservation.

The front desk woman was very friendly and got us a room. As she booked me the room, an awesome gentleman at the front desk and I started having a pleasant conversation. I explained to him we just decided to put the 3 kiddies in the truck and stay at their place.

Upgraded At No Cost: The man at the front went above and beyond to upgrade us. He didn't know we had 3 kids until we started talking. He then asked the lady to upgrade us.

Guess What!?!? He upgraded us to their Suite Villa! WOW! These rooms are about $2K a night and I can see why!

Villa Suite Room: WOOOOOW! I've stayed at a lot of luxury hotels and resorts but nothing compares to this Ritz room! Two bathrooms. Walk in shower. Massive deep bathtub. Walk in toilet room. Office.

Pools: Great for families and kids! 2 full size custom swimming pools. For the kids, the have a splash pad. What I love is they have a shallow pool that is 1ft and 1inch deep and they have another pool for kids that is 1 ft and 6 inches deep. Love this for safety reasons.

Restaurant: They have a couple places to eat at but I loved the food and the gorgeous view while eating at the restaurant called Ignite.

We are leaving today but I want to send a big shoutout to the guy at the front desk who upgraded us. You really gave my family and I a blessed and wonderful experience with your resort.

We will actually be bringing my wife's family out here in a few weeks just because I can't stop telling them how amazing this place is!

Great resort and the water slide was a fantastic activity for the kids. In particular Richard from food and beverage went above and beyond the call of service. He is a tremendous asset to the Ritz Carleton organization and the number one reason why we will be coming back to the Ritz at Dove Mountain.

I highly recommend this upscale resort nestled among Dove Mountain. The food, service and pool are second to none. The room was clean, modern and beautiful as well.

I give this resort a Five star rating.

I actually did not stay there. I was up there using their hiking / running trails. It is absolutely gorgeous!

The staff is nothing shy of impeccable. True attention to detail at all levels, even the landscaping crew! An extremely relaxing venue that I would recommend to those that want and need to get away from the daily grind! Thank you all for the hospitality!

I attended a professional event in the ballroom spaces, and the event was fantastic. Delicious food, excellent service, and a very nice space to be in. After the event, the grounds were a delight to walk, with nice patios and heating fires amidst beautiful scenery. The only complaint I have is how far out of town it is, which makes it take a while to get to from any airport, though I can see that being a positive depending on an individual's reason for being there.

We had a near flawless 2 day stay at the Ritz Carlton Dove Mountain. If you are looking for an opportunity to truly unplug and relax, this is it. I can't say enough for the people, views, well manicured surroundings and the outstanding food and libations. Thank you for just what I needed!

Butterflues flying everywhere! Love this place nestled in the mountain. Worst part is always having to leave. I only wish their ranger station was opened a little later after check-in time.
