Beautiful and very good ambiance at roof garden. They have limited variety but decent food

Parking area is good and the staff guided in a nice manner. The hall at floor-L1 is very good. The food served is fine and tasty.

Good food, rooms bit of heritage type.good location.

Central location in T.Nagar, Cheenai. Great Palace Hotel. Reception, other services and food very nice.

Gud place for having a meeting and conference surprisingly, they reply for my feedback and they asked my suggestion. For parking bikes if they have a shed it would be fine.

Residency towers is a 4star hotel in Tnagar. Though location is good, I was quite disappointed with the buffet food available here. Food was not soft or tasty. Most items were hard to eat and the menu was very uninviting. However their rooms and room service is excellent if you're planning a stay. Location is the biggest advantage for Residency Towers and you can pretty much go to airport or railway station in less than thirty minutes.

This hotel isn't transparent about their billing policies. Mediocre service, poor reception, low value for money. Probably the worst place in Chennai to host people over lunch/dinner.

Nice interiors. Good looking and peaceful place. But improve the parking dept.

Good for plastic ware and utensils. Buying clothes not recommended. Quality is not up to the mark.

Perfect place to do shopping especially in festive seasons.Cloth rates are cheaper than other shops.But mostly crowded during festive time and weekends.It is affordable to bulk orders too as rates found here is cheapest.

It's very good. ranging from hotel staff to travel desk. Appreciate the way staff receive. The only point why am not giving 5 is because of food. Am a vegetarian couldn't find much veggie items..!!

We've booked a 4D3N stay here. Last night, we came back to a room with a leak in the ceiling (from the a/c piping). They wanted to move us to a room which had a very strong cigarette smell, and they insisted that there were no more empty rooms. After making a fuss, they finally agreed to organise another room for us, and we shifted at 2am. It is now 10am, and there are continuous banging and renovation noises coming from the higher floor. We tried complaining about the noise to the reception, but they very casually informed us that it will continue until 6pm. If we had known that our stay was going to be ruined by constant knocking and drilling noises, we would've stayed clear of this hotel. Completely unacceptable from a highly rated hotel.

Attended a birthday party over there. The hall is perfectly suited for small events like birthdays, anniversaries, etc. The food was good. One among the best foods which I had In a party. Only con was that the wash area is bit far from the dining hall. P.s it was premier Hall.

We went for a casual dinner at 10.30 and stayed there up to 2.30

Excellent rooms. Courteous staff. Restaurant is also good. Morning buffet has a good number of options.
