Main Street is one great restaurant to experience service and food

went for writing IELTS exam ...Hotel staffs are so rude ...As if staff are behaving they are the owners of the hotel especially the person who are in front of lobby..they dont know to behave with our parents who have come with us to drop for exams..please ielts dont keep your exams anymore there...felt bad on that day

Excellent place for family gathering as well as to stay. Decent accomodation

Happened to stay here for a night. Ruthless staff. Got the first check out enquiry with in 1 hr of the check in. Over all got 13 phone calls in 12 hrs for the very same purpose. 3 housekeeping boys also enquired on the same. When complaint the same to Check in counter staff , he asserted that that is the rule of the hotel as they need to generate the double revenue for single room. Post check in no guidance about the route to reach the room. No sign board or staff guidance. Overall very bad experience and never try again.

4 star hotel , with three lifts , the L2 consists of an swimming pool , each room comes with a mini fridge on to it , the parking is huge and it is located in the heart of the city , the floors over here starts from 11-20 because in the Residency hotel it is from 1-10 , so it continues in the residency towers

Pathetic service ! Guys learn hospitality first before opening up a hotel. I m a businessman from Abroad and I ve been a regular guest whenever I visit Chennai and past three times I ve been very accommodating with their rude treatment before posting this review online. and the worst case is none of the Hotel staff seems to be bothered ?! Your cant let Bouncers run the hotel while Hotel staff take rest. Had a very bad experience in the Bar twice. Absolute waste of money and never going to return bacn again. The only thing we expect is Service and I Would not advice this hotel anyone who expects Service . Very bad, very bad !

Good hotel located in a decent locality. Food is also good.

Ambience was good .non veg food was much better compared to veg.good service .8/10.

Value for money- for business dinner- instead of selecting a five star restaurant- good place to host for Europe delegates with an appetite for spicy food and to try South Indian food- 'Southern Aroma' restaurant and they also serve alcohol there.

The managerial staff is rude, unapologetic and unprofessional. They will raise their tone as soon as the customer displays a hint of displeasure. The ambience and rooms are good.... Food is nice.... Even lower staff s somewhat courteous.... However, services are not prompt, you have to repeatedly nudge them over phone..... And remember, they will lock the minibar giving all sorts of lame excuses.....
The pool is good and open till 9:30 PM.... They have a rooftop dining place but it is open only for dinner.... They have a pub too.....
But of what use???? When the management works hard towards frustrating you throughout the stay, it is difficult to enjoy......

Had a small family ceremony here, it was brilliant - the hall, the rooms, and the food. Also the suite provided to the bride and groom was simply too good.

Good location. Ambient and comfortable parking. Well maintained. Courteous staff. Food is good. Ideal for people who have work in and around the hotel. For others it may be a discomfort to deal with the heavy traffic

Went here for having dinner and Drinks with a client. Loved the ambience and service. Price is on the higher side which is expected from a 4 star hotel. The service was good too.

Prices are really low.. Bulk orders and bulk shoppings are recommended. Good quality clothes and good environment. Customer service is also good. Great place to shop with family members. Overall good experience

Grand entrance!!! AC Party hall suitable for birthday/engagement/reception parties.... Parking space a lot is available, Foodies cannt eat much for the given valuable money like normal hotel. Ambience is Ulti!!!

Best place with great ambience...nice place to party with family nd friends,food they serve are very good with rich quality and quantity.the price are reasonable.they service sea food nd both Veges nd non veg which was very good and on the ground floor They have a buffet place with London street theme they serve almost all Verity of dishes, Hilights of the palace is they have a balcony restaurant on top of the building which has great view of city nd sky with mini pool.its the best place for dinner with you loved ones the place looks posh thought its decent priced comparing to what they provide.

Everything under one roof, great discounts and wide range of varieties on all products Advice, never visit this place on weekends, if u do be ready to shop with no place to walk/stand. Too crowded on holidays too.

We had a birthday function in this hotel. The place carpet was not great and they are worn out. Because of it 1 start out. Kindly improve the staff coordination on buffet service it was poor filing the food and need to inform every time which was not expected in 5 star hotel because of this 1 more start gone. Overall it was good place to have the function and ground staff in parking and entrance was very supportive and guiding the guest.

Sucks. Never to visit again. Over my death body. B&B service sucks.

Awesome Food, Great Taste and quick access inside the Chennai Central Station. The restaurant at first floor is complete A/C, the ground floor you can get take-away and have food standing. Only drawback is the expensive food.

Very ordinary rooms, and the food quality although still good has deteriorated as well.

Excellent hotel. The Raj on the first floor is an awesome room. The contemporary flavour is a delight for the old gen as well as the new gen looking for a sublime change.

this hotel is in the bustle of the tnagar surrounded by many big malls but once entered in, its quiet and serene. I have been changed to another room on day 2 due an issue with the swipe lock that's not functioning and had to call their room service staff to unlock door though the receptionist activated it when ever I go out. Rooms are very neat and WiFi signal isn't accessible well in the rooms. Room service is exceptional!! If your stay is near t nagar then this hotel should be in your preferred list.
