Happy St. Paddy's Day at the pool bar @ The Reserve! Great staff and beautiful grounds!

Stayed at one of the cabins at the Reserve at Lake Travis. This place is amazing. Beautiful architecture, beautiful scenery, extremely relaxing environment. It s a bit pricey, but worth every penny. Only regret is we didn t have a boat to park at the marina and enjoy the lake more, but the amazing pool and swim up bar easily made up for that! 10/10, highly recommend!

Went with my fiance cabins were so clean and cozy, I loved the secluded feel and being up in the hills..must come back again highly recommend

The pictures are far better than what you get. Missing fan remote- so you can t use it. Food on curtains, dirty utensils, no beach towels, cob webs, outside light doesn t work for the patio, outdoor refrigerator doesn t work, chairs are disgusting inside and need to be steam cleaned, no coffee or other like items, empty salt and pepper shakers.
The closest anything is a 7/11, and it s about 25 minutes away. Pool says it closes at 9...they close it down at 6:30 every day. No vending machines, no room service, nothing.
Terrible, especially for the price. Not a great birthday weekend.

We visited the Reserve as a weekend trip. Everyone was super nice. Loved all the views. We stayed in cabin #7. The cabins are walking distance from the pool and marina. The only reason I will not give them more than 3 stars is because the linens were super dirty. Hair and stains all over them. The Keurig was broken as well as a the wifi. Everything else was super clean. My advice would be before going to ask when the last time the cabins were cleaned if you stay in one, and ensure the internet is working before your arrival. Otherwise you will have no tv.

Place is cute we stayed in cabin #4. It s very peaceful and the little garden is nice .
However not very clean, outdoor furniture covered in dust, lounge chair left outdoor covered with bird poop and dust ... no stove in the kitchen only outside and not covered by the patio. What do you do when it s raining?
Missing stuff in the kitchen, no pot ? Dirty silverweare, plates, greassy mini oven and the only thing to clean it is a 100 yr old disgusting sponge ... fridge indoor nit closing properly, outdoor not working... the shower door was dirty, the additional linen and blankets was rolled over in a cabinet, i dont think it was ever cleaned. Tv not working... for the same price we would have had a very nice clean suite in a hotel... i wont come back here.

It's a great place for spending a weekend or the holidays!

I live about 1 mile away from the reserve and I always have so much fun going there! (I m 14 years old). I enjoy hanging out with my friends, and the food is also great with usually 10/10 service! The only thing that sucks is how early they are starting to close now, which is understandable because of the cold front that s comping but since I m a kid I wouldn t mind swimming in the cold pool (but that s just me) well anyways I definitely recommend going to the reserve!!

Turnkey and the resorts affiliated with it are terrible, both in terms of the conditions they lay out and the customer service they provide. If you want to get ripped off, book at your own peril. Absolutely incompetent staff. AVOID THESE PEOPLE

This place was amazing! We booked a 1 bedroom cabin and it wasn't going to be big enough for 4 people so they worked with us and upgraded us to a 2 bedroom. They made sure our stay was great the whole time. Its quiet and beautiful here. Boat rentals and golf cart rentals. Awesome pool and service! Loved our own private backyard and mini cabin! Best memorial day weekend!
