In need of a renovation. Chairs in the lobby are worn and tattered. The elevators are incredibly noisy. The carpet in the hallways looked very worn. The room looked relatively clean but the cordless phone didn't work and the a/v interface had a constantly flashing light. Wifi was free but seriously slow. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.
Not a very good value in it's current condition.
The front desk clerks were extremely helpful and pleasant to be around. Our room was nice and spacious. The only problem was a leak in the window. The desk clerk offered to put us in a new room and do whatever necessary to make our stay enjoyable.
Elsa Janson took my phone call around 1am in the morning after a disaster airbnb stay. She went above and beyond our expectation and served us with a sincere attitude. I have never felt such kindness and love from hotel staff than Elsa Janson displayed. If I owned a business, I would hire her instantly. She needs a raise. She more than just took care of me, my wife, my 2 year old twins, and elderly chihuahua; she loved them. We were so grateful to God that He put her in our lives at that moment.
There was no room cleaning during our stay, but that was understandable and to be expected with Covid. Rooms were nice and comfortable, but the lack of nightstands, dressers, and towel racks for a 5 person room was a little off-putting. I would have rated 5 stars otherwise
Room was fine. Beds are firm, needed more pillows. Only one smaller tv. Bathroom is very small. Clean.
Staff was nice. Room was clean. Elevator was extremely loud and no vending machine. Overall it wasn't bad.

Warm and welcoming to walk into. Friendly and very helpful service. Rooms are wonderfully designed to give space and feels like a bigger room. Coffee service, plenty of quality towels and very comfortable beds. The lobby is bright and clean and easy to get to
The check-in procedure was great, however they expect the front desk person to basically run everything downstairs from what I saw. Even the breakfast is handled by the front desk person. So if they had a little more staff working it would be a better situation in my opinion. They offer housekeeping services on your third day of stay due to covid, and the carpets could have used a little bit of love during my stay which was only 3 days and 2 nights. But overall I am happy with the accommodations. But don't expect much from the breakfast because even the coffee wasn't very good, and I've never stayed in a Hyatt where the coffee was not good before
Very clean comfortable beds!! Elsa at front desk is amazing she makes you feel at home!! Make reservations thru her she makes it sooo easy!! Love hyatt place north Charleston
