The Repair Guys Phone & Computer Repair Review

Excellent repair - it would have been 5 stars, but the most horrible and really rude customer service bordering on a scam! I even had to get the manufacturer involved to have Repairguys fix it instead of them wishing to "dispose" of it (keep it for themselves/parts?) with all manner of made up reasons to pretend it was unrepairable like "we opened it up and found it was all rust inside and we sent photos to your manufacturer to show it voids their guarantee". Not true and they did finally fix it. I had no choice in Repairguys selection because it was under manufacture's guarantee who outsource repair work to them. Avoid if you do have a choice!!

They have had my tv for repair twice, now its two tone, im disgusted......appaling service.
Its now dark on 50 percent of the screen, far worse than the original fault. How this circumvented QA is beyond me.

Samsung might want to look into this apparent imcompetence.
im sorry but my time for placating you has passe.
You have failed me, im very upset, so i shsll warn everyone of you.
I would not trust your clearly untrained staff to fix the tv.

I hope you find better staff, or perhsps you will learn your job to an adequate level,

If it was my call id sack you off as you seem useless,

failed to fix my tv 6 times now they say this is acceptable.. do not use these clowns.. picture on the left is the one they took (at an angel so all u can see is the reflection and nothing else) picture on the right is the photo i took, they have left me with this thinking its ok.. i have contacted the ombudsman and im going to contact solicitor and sue the repairguys for the stress and anxiety they have caused me. con artists at best. scum

Excellent service, appreciated and can recommend their service whosoever need them.

Very helpful polite and friendly over the phone, but appalling service by the collector of our TV.

They knew they were coming to inspect a 55inch TV, which we moved downstairs by the door for them for easy access, however on collecting, refused to take the TV unless my stepfather, who was the only person home, helped them carry it out of the house.
My stepfather had just a few days before had a major hernia operation, and was strictly told by the surgeons not to carry anything, which he explained to the man, but was told if he didn't help carry it out of the house then he wouldn't take the TV.
The TV was carried downstairs by my partner the night before, and could have been managed by the man himself, to threaten not to take the TV if my stepfather didn't help him carry it the 4m out of the house, is disgusting.

We had to use this company due to our insurance provider allocating them to our claim.

Fantastic service from these guys. Logged the fault with Samsung and had a call the next day to organise the repair. Really friendly and quick service. Communication was spot on and the engineer, and receptionist, were both really helpful. Can t recommend them enough!

Thanks to who ever hung up on me today saved me money as decided to do repair myself and now have a working lg 47la260v for only 35 quid
