They have had my tv for repair twice, now its two tone, im disgusted......appaling service.
Its now dark on 50 percent of the screen, far worse than the original fault. How this circumvented QA is beyond me.

Samsung might want to look into this apparent imcompetence.
im sorry but my time for placating you has passe.
You have failed me, im very upset, so i shsll warn everyone of you.
I would not trust your clearly untrained staff to fix the tv.

I hope you find better staff, or perhsps you will learn your job to an adequate level,

If it was my call id sack you off as you seem useless,
