I would love to share my experience with this group and the trouble they have created for me. I did not know this group existed until 06/10/2021 when they listed my property for sale. Why this upsets me so is that I never contacted or contracted with them to list or sale my property. Mario Pennington took a contract with JP Investment Group LLC and listed it for sale. I had never heard of Johnnie Poole and JP Investment Group LLC until I reached out to Mario Pennington who advised they listed it with him to sale and they just take people at their word when the get a listing. So basically he did not check to see if they were the owners of this property and had the right to list it. So after I spoke with Mario Pennington and advised that he listed in property illegally he eventually had one of his brokers remove the listing. But still two hours later Mario was advised another real estate agent that the bids had been closed on my property but he hoped to relist it again in a couple of days and if they wanted the back door was open, they were welcome to tour my property. Will yeah the back door was open because someone broke into it and left it unlocked so anyone could come and go. Since this listing was removed I have had numerous real estate agents and investors calling my phone, my husband phone and they had gone as far as call my work phone to advise that they see my property had been removed but not sold and they would love to relist it for me. I contacted The Realty Association today and spoke with a broker by the name of Perry Hamlett who gladly made excuses for their actions in illegally listing property for someone that did not own it and then he went on to quote the bible to me. AS I did not appreciate his excuses he did finally give me the name of who he called the president Jim Coffer. Once again when I relayed all this information the excuse was well a mistake was made. Big mistake if you ask me as since this all happened I had non stop calls about a property they should not have listed, I have had people trespass on the property and go as far as to break into it. So my question is do they do all their business like this? And what if I had not seen the listing and reached out what would have happened, someone would be expecting to purchase a property and signed a contract only to realize that it was not valid. Doesn't speak well of this groups integrity in book!!!!
