Right in the center of Vienna and still very personal and quiet. Very friendly staff and competent hotel manager.

New Year's Eve 2018 spent here. Fine food and very nice staff. In addition, a very nice view.

The location is perfect. It is 5 minutes walk to Stefans Dom, opera house , 2 minutes to hoffburg. Everyone is very polite and nice .
The rooms are small and in our room it was water during raining

Reservation made on booking therefore cheaper than the normal rate.
I request in the reservation 2 single twin beds ...
Arrived on site after 15 minutes of waiting because there is only one person at the reception!
An extremely unpleasant young lady welcomes us, we proceed with the formalities, then come the moment when she offers me breakfast at 25 / person and that for 6 more we could be upgraded to a spacious room, because according to her no room corresponding to my request was not available but if I accepted her offer she will make the effort to satisfy my request.

I express my dissatisfaction to her, this young woman answers me that it is a "wish" and as I do not make any efforts concerning her breakfast package and supplement of 6 that I do not want to take, basically you do not. no efforts either!

We come back in the afternoon to take possession of the room, a really helpful young man who works in the afternoon, welcomes us and tells me that my request has been satisfied.

Fortunately he was there, we are now satisfied.

Too bad breakfast is so expensive 25 , the price of a restaurant!

Otherwise the rooms are spacious, equipped with nespresso with a few pods offered every day, the beds are comfortable.
The wifi is pitiful no reception at the room level, no French TV channel worthy of the name.
The hotel does not deserve 5 stars.

Perfect location of the hotel in the city center. Free upgrade to a higher class room. Room first class. Soft drinks and small snacks included in the lobby. Breakfast a la carte excellent. Staff professional and helpful. I recommend.

Great service- everyone I met was incredibly helpful. Poor building- no hot water the night I arrived, TV did not turn on and the light in the closet freaked out and flickered incesently.

THE BEST WITHOUT DOUBT OF THE HOTEL, THE SERVICE THAT DESVIVES TO ATTEND YOU BETTER THAN A KING. The kitchen is very good and very clean. If you want a good cocktail or Gin and Tonic, go to the bar and ask Peter, no doubt there is no better Blody Mary and Gin tonic throughout the city, Peter's hands are magical!
Peter is the best bartender in all Vienna without any doubt, his Bloody Maries and Gin Tonics are made with the best taste and love! The kitchen is extremely clean and super tasty! And the service is one of the most attentives you can find in the city

Great looking hotel , situated well within walking distance of a lot of places to visit , the room and staff were excellent , I can't comment on price of room as it was a surprise present , and we did not eat or drink here , but it all looked great

Nice hotel excellent location. The breakfast was good. We got upgraded to a junior suite and found the room large and very comfortable with nice views over cafe central. The bar is a nice area too. However the service at the front desk was pretty slow, and it took a lot longer than they told us to prepare our room.

Nice location in heart of city...Everything karny and so close is the U3 metro station. Can connect you to rest of the world no time...

A complete cost effective package.

Clean and close to everything in the city center. Breakfast is rather expensive, compared to other local options unless purchased as a package deal with your room.

The location is in the centre, so it is very good. Everything is near you. Also, there is a metro station 50 meter nearby. However the parking provided by the hotel is expensive (42 euro a day). I had to return my rental car although I didn't need it anymore. The room and the service is nice. Breakfast wasn't included with my booking and it cost 29 euro per person. However, too many coffee shops and delicious pastries are nearby so it wasn't a problem. I like the hotel.

5-star is different - the hotel is clean, more or less modern, the breakfast is good and the breakfast service is friendly. But that's where it ends. The TV did not work properly and the maintenance staff only mentioned this is as good as it gets - kind of "be happy and shut up". The receptionist tried to save the situation with a free drinks voucher - without being prompted, the barman then highlighted immediately that the voucher would not go for more than a beer or a glass of wine. Right, that's what they understand of a 5-star property?

DO NOT STAY HERE In the summer the ac is wholly I adequate it was literally hot in our rooms.i went down and spoke with maintenance they said when it's hot the can't cool. It was cold last night and it wasn't cool then either. They guy at the front desk pretends it's not hot as he is sitting there sweating. I told them if they advertise ac then they should have it functional to normal standard. The answer they gave was this is as good as you should expect in Europe which is total nonsense as I spend every summer here traveling to multiple countries. They also refused to refund the remaining nights so I could go elsewhere. Also my key car to my room stopped functioning.

The Radisson Blu Style Hotel is one of my absolute favorite hotels in Vienna. The rooms are very spacious, with a large bathroom and a huge bed. For breakfast there are freshly squeezed fruit juices and on request prepared eggs in all variations.

Since the hotel is located directly at the Hofburg, many attractions such. As the St. Stephen's Cathedral or the opera without problems within walking distance.

When our stay took place in the Corona period, we really enjoyed our time in Radisson Style Vienna. The staff was courteous at all times, rooms spacious and clean. The location is ideal for exploring Vienna. We will definitely come back.

Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff was friendly and prompt. Hotel was close to lots of different restaurants and shopping. Would definetly stay here again.

Bit pricey, mini bar only soft drinks waste of time upgrading to this. Good breakfast staff friendly and try to help as much as they can. Note when getting a cab from airport ask for foxed price it will save up to 10 euros.

Big robbery, they stole my money!! I made a booking for May 2021, they cancelled it due to the pandemic, and they refuse to refund me! They lie to me when I call asking for a refund saying it s up to Booking.com and they don t answer our emails or Booking s emails! I m so mad, 700 the booking! Total robbers

Great location. Great hotel. Lovely and warm. Just what you need when it is so cold outside. Staff very friendly at check in and we were able to check in a little earlier than anticipated. Definitely one to recommend.

There is capsule coffee in the room and it will be replenished every day.
Although things have a sense of time, they don t feel old or out of date.

Interesting ambience in the restaurant
As an appetizer I chose something with winter salad because I like to eat salad which was not there anymore, even though it was on the menu. I asked where he was. Answer: we do not have it anymore .. so it was done. I said that I had ordered exactly this appetizer because of the salad .. was ignored .. A lot of wait staff, but quite inefficient .. also without comment

Spacious room on the top floor with ensuite bathroom and monsoon shower. Modern lobby and excellent breakfast room assortment with buffet and also waitering service with hot dishes (omelets, eggs benidict and pancakes). Excellent situation at the centre of Viena, next to Cafe Central. 5 minutes to Spanish horse riding attraction and monumental museums and 10 minutes walk to the newly pedestrianised shopping centre area. The only downside will be lack of staff at the bar area taking in consideration pre-Christmas parties happening around the city.
