A perfectly located hotel in the very center of Vienna. On-site parking under the hotel for unpacking luggage. Then the car is picked up by the staff and taken to the parking lot. The check-in itself was hassle-free, the service was nice and professional. Rooms great. I recommend !!!

The hotel is very centrally located in the Herrengasse. Just a 1-minute walk from the Graben and the city center. The double rooms are rather small, but very nicely decorated. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast buffet is rather small, but nothing is missing. You can order eggs, waffle and french toast. Good selection of teas. If you arrive by car, it will be parked for you in the garage Freyung and also brought back for departure. We liked it.

Pros:
- Best possible location (within up to 5 minutes walk from all tourist attractions).
- Beautiful big rooms (everything seemed new and nicely designed).
Cons:
- The housekeeping and cleanliness weren't at the level I expect at this price level (not a disaster but too many issues for a 4 nights stay).
- Some rooms have weird bath setting (a bath near the window with no real curtain so you cannot take a shower standing up).

Very nice and well-kept room, friendly staff. You feel very comfortable here. The location is great. Right in the center of Vienna. The Hofburg and St. Stephen's Cathedral are around the corner. It was a bit annoying that the ventilation in the bathroom was in continuous operation and could not be deactivated. Sometimes a bit annoying at night. During the stay, fresh fruit and drinks were served on the house.

Got a free upgrade, room is huge and cozy, love how the toilet floor is warmed on heater during winter. Location is strategic with walking to distance to shops and many good point of interest! Staff are very friendly! Definitely will be back :)

Very friendly staff! The manager of the hotel is a very cosmopolitan person and takes time for you.
The hotel itself has a very calming, inspiring atmosphere and is reminiscent of an artful temple. Also great for going out and having a drink or a bite to eat.

Stayed here for my 10th wedding anniversary four years ago and the service was outstanding, thanks to Heike. We still think about it and have fond memories. Proximity to everything one needs to see in Vienna is fantastic. We became regulars at Cafe Central for morning coffee and enjoyed a few laughs and stories with the staff.

Does not do justice to the price. Although very stylish and clean rooms, but the staff is not really friendly and poorly written it is.

Exactly what you would expect from a Radisson Blu. Nice helpful staff. Good room, mini bar is lacking in chocolate!!

We have stayed in this hotel twice, it is a gorgeous hotel located right in the middle of all the tourist attractions. The only reason i have given it four stars instead of five is that it seems to be constantly understaffed. The staff it has are friendly and helpful but always seem to be struggling to do several things at once and so the standard of service suffers (for example in both of our visits there never seems to be anyone serving in the bar and you have to wait ages for some poor member of staff who is busy doing something else to be summoned to serve you, then they are all rushed) For a hotel that is marketed as 5 star I just expect a little more, its not the staffs fault - there just needs to be more of them!

Although I didn't try their restaurant, bar or other amenities, I can say the room is clean, very modern, fully equip and in the best location in Vienna. It's walking distance to almost everything you want to see in the inner city and a block from the underground or a few minutes walk to the trams and buses. The staff, especially Eduardo, was so knowledgeable and helpful. Anyone looking for a great place to stay should check out the Radisson Blu Style.

( terrible hotel from all aspects) Me and my family travel 4 times a year and each time we stay at a 5 star hotel and for our summer vacation we choose Raddison blue style and unfortunately it was the worst hotel i have ever been too untrained staff that is not educated and don't understand how to deal with customers, rooms ac is not working asked the reception( three )!! to send someone to check on it and no one came only after an hour and we changed the room after settling in it, they elaborated the problem in the ac is " Vienna is to hot today" the lobby is a joke very hot and no service. The on thing i thank god for is that since we visit Vienna every year for two times me and my family learned the lesson not to visit this hotel again.

It very cool to stay here with couple, we can enjoy with good food, ambience was too good, and it was located in prime location, it s very near to visit list off locations from this hotel.

This hotel is really 5 stars worthy. Fantastic hotel, room, view from the hotel room, service, staff members, etcetera. The problem with the tv was solved immediately.

I was at the Radisson Blu in the 1st district in Herrengasse 10 at a company event. The ambiance was top notch, the staff was super friendly and generally I had a good time! I hope to be able to visit such an event again soon, or should I ever need a hotel in Vienna Mitte, I will definitely take the Radisson Blu!

An excellent hotel to stay in when visiting Vienna for, for example, a New Year's Eve concert on New Year's Day. It is located right in the center of Vienna and is excellent in every way. You have walking distance to most things, concert halls, restaurants etc. if you don't want to eat at the hotel.

Hotel in excellent location spacious rooms, recommend taking high floors because of the noise, quite high price

We were in Vienna for a long weekend. The hotel is in a quiet location, but still in the middle of the 1st district, right next to the great Cafe Central. You can reach a lot on foot. The service when checking in and out was great. Likewise with breakfast. There is no buffet at the moment (Corona), but the selection was varied, very tasty and the quantity was sufficient.

We can only recommend this hotel.

2. The supervisor of the staf (mr. Stephan) made it even worse

- arrogance

- voice raising : the whole lobby hear us talking.

- kept interupting.

- kept discussing and turning into circles.

- no apologies!

- he kept repeating: NO payment received. Loud, everyone could hear.

- kept resisting, even showing proof.

A 3rd person was called. She was Calm and clear. Problem solved in 2 min.

Excellent hotel at the heart of Vienna, within walking distances of must see places, underground and restaurants. Breakfast good and common hotel areas very stylish. Staff friendly and resolutive, and appreciate they upgrade to junior suite for being a good member. Rooms very quiet for a good night sleep! Totally recommended for business travelers

Excellent hotel, staff always attentive to customer needs

I stayed at this hotel a total of 7 nights for business. Although it is a nice hotel with good looking rooms, there were a couple of things that bothered me. Instead of having a reception counter, they have 2 desks. For check-in / check-out have to sit down as if you're applying for a loan at your bank. The process is slow and feels awkward, the staff tends to mumble and the area get's crowded quickly. Also, do not eat at the restaurant. It took ages to serve us though we were the only ones there, and the price/quality is not good. My request to clean the showerheads because there was a visible amount of limescale was not complied with. Finally it was a pity that the HDTV was completely locked down, so it didn't allow me to play own media from a USB stick. The WiFi allows for 3 devices to be connected and was at most times sufficient for watching stream video.

Good standard structure, essential services, courtesy in assistance. In a fairly central area. Advisable for a short vacation, it does not offer enormous comfort, but what you need in a European capital you find it.

Excellent location! 5 minutes walk to almost everything you want to see downtown. We love Radissonblu because of their amazing staff. The employees are always smiling and very helpful!! The rooms can use some update but still not too bad. I gave 5 stars for the location and the friendliness of the staff. Especially the service of the bar tenders were exceptional. Thanks a bunch!

On November 2nd, 2020, the night of the terrorist attack in Vienna, I and five other people were stuck in the city center. We called the Radisson Blu and they gave us shelter in their hotel. We are infinitely grateful to the staff and the owner of the hotel. They gave us a place to stay overnight, shelter and refuge in a dangerous situation without charging a cent. Thank you for your solidarity!

Perfect location, friendly staff, but in terms of detailed cleanliness(some details were missing) it could be better

Very comfortable. The single room has a single bed. Nespresso in the room. Only downside the price of breakfast 25eur.

Truck noise on street delivery from 6:30 to 7:00. Apart from that the standing is there.

A great place. Clean and tidy. A stone's throw to the center. Breakfast 30 euros. We went out to town and ate some sandwiches for 6 euro. Nespresso machine with 4 capsules in the room. A friend was ordering a beer through the reception and he was paying 5 euro per bottle so the price was normal. Surprisingly, booking was cheaper by about 30 euros.

Rooms and location of the hotel is excellent. However the cervice in the restaurant is very, very slow. Quality of food good though.

Location is the only plus. Hotel looks worn out, spa zone is extremely small and dirty. This is definetely not a 5-star hotel
