After Kenya gave me her life story she said that she would send another email to management about getting my refund and that if I don t hear anything back in a couple days, feel free to reach back out to her. She then called two days later and said are you the one that moved in to 5799 Sebring Dr? I said NO I did not move, I am still the same person waiting to get my money back !! She said oh, well I m not the one to get your money back. I told her to find out how to get it back. I have not heard from her since. I called my bank and made a claim to dispute the charge. Here it is two months later and now y all have your billing department sending me a bill for $150 for a place I knew NOTHING about!!!!!!! This whole experience with Ashford Apartments and RADCO was terrible!!! You guys have VERY poor management and I ask that you stop sending me that bill because I don t owe you anything and I WILL get hire authorities involved!!!!! I wouldn t recommend this place to ANYONE !!!!! NOT even contractor wise !!!!!

I have been working, as a supplier, with The RADCO Companies since May 2016. Communication has been a large key to our combined success. From site level personnel to the corporate staff, everyone has been very accommodating. Also, RADCO has a streamlined accounting system. I typically get paid the same day as they receive their product from me. I would highly recommend The RADCO Companies and look forward to partnering with them on upcoming projects.

The worst experience ever. Have sent emails and called multiple times still I havent received my security deposit of $625. Its been more than an year I have moved out. They do not respond now.

I have never seen a company that you call over 40x and email the corporate team, file via bbb and leave voice-mail and they still don't respond or answer. I live at THE CROSSING AT MCDONOUGH and I have had nothing but a bad experience with Radco and there leasing staff. I have to call the office over 8-10x for an answer sometimes. They moved me in a unit where the water heated bust and I had mold all over my utility closet, hallway baseboard, master bathroom base board, the wall still leaks in the master bath and its still not fixed, my foundation is splitting and cracking and its still not fixed. Me, my 6 and 9 year old have gotten sick from the mold. DUE to the mold and moisture the bugs are ridiculous and I have roaches, ants, spiders, gnats, waterbugs,earwigs, crickets,flies are the worse and I have been patiently waiting on corporate to at least check on me as their tenant but they don't care its all about the money. But because I have sooooo many issues that I won't list here I will have to seek an attorney. On a scale of 1-10 I would give them a 0 and I would not refer friends or family. Everything I am saying I have way more photos, emails,screenshots and videos. DONT TELL ME TO CALL YALL EITHER CAUSE YOU DONT ANSWER I HAVE LEFT 7 VOICEMAILS AND 40 CALLS. YOU CONTACT ME.

This company terminates/fires employees faster than I have ever witnessed. I've done sub contracting for them and deal with a new person every time I visit a property or call the main office for payment. Not to mention the payment is NET 45 which sometimes is actually NET 90 depending on how prompt invoices are submitted. I'm looking out for new employees and new contractors. Don't waste your time.

I have lived at Radius for over three years now, and may I say that the new management is a breath of fresh air. I no longer put in work orders that are not answered for weeks, I do not have to come to the office, write emails to regional managers or owners, nor do I have to worry about poor upkeep on the property. Since the property has been sold, the landscaping is better, the lighting is MUCH safer at night to walk my dog or to even walk from my car to the apartment. It is a minor bother with the constant upgrades, but I am glad to now have energy efficient windows, which is helping with my cost with electricity and gas. I also like the new colors of the buildings, and I also like the warm feeling when coming into the office (the candy bar was a nice touch, by the way). Overall, I ok with the way that things have been whipped into shape since the new company took over. Thank you for taking control!

We work for Radco Companies as Electrical Contractors and handle much of the work for them. They are a great company, very easy to work with and most importantly...THEY ALWAYS PAY ON TIME!

Any contractor would be lucky to have them as a client. We appreciate them everyday and look forward to continued business relationship for years to come!

The building I live in has had a rat infestation for over 3 months. After pleading with the rental office and even emailing corporate; nothing has been done to fix the problem. Don't have high expectations from this company of you rent at one of their properties. Slumlord is an understatement!
