Had an issue with my jet pump and no water in our home. I visited The Pump Shop where I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff. Both Dan and Jessie walked me through a possible fix. The next step was to bring it in and let the pros do what they no best. Knowing I didn t have water they had it repaired in a mater of hours. I recommend them for all your plumbing needs.
I went in today with pictures of our cottage pump system. Dan patiently explained to me how to fix it, and provided me with a new pressure switch and the attachments I needed. The part was reasonably priced compared to ordering online. Thanks a million to The Pump Shop!
The people who work at the pump shop are amazingl! Thanks to Les who troubleshooted our water pump for our well. All the guys we dealt with were knowledgeable helpful polite and friendly. Special thanks to Mat and his partner who replaced our ailing pump. They were so professional and skilled and a pleasure to have in our home.We would highly recommend the pump shop to everyone! We truly trust this company!

Last minute service on the Saturday of a long weekend... I can't tell you how much I appreciate the prompt friendly service. The servicemen who came were excellent, neat, tidy and extremely friendly. The staff at the office were great too! Pulling a well pump in the rain is no fun... but the servicemen did it with a smile. Huge thanks from all of us!
Replaced my jet pump with a submersible. Installed on time, on budget by 2 very pleasant young men. highly recommend. Warning: Book you own electrician. I didn't and the electrician, I feel overcharged me. $120 service call to cover the 15 minute travel time.$260 labour charge to install. 1 breaker, 1 switch 1 receptacle and the 30 ft of wire to connect to panel. The electrician claims that they have time cards for 2 hours., which we dispute but ___.We will pay but will not use them again.
