Love the military discount, thanks for the support guys. Also love this store. First time in I didn't know what I needed. They had me run, videotaped my feet to see how they struck the treadmill in order to get me the right support. Amazing fit. Bought my second pair of shoes recently based on the first pair. I love not having to spend a ton of time deciding- I spent five minuets shopping this time through based on my previous results. Found the perfect running shoe almost immediately. They have a small selection of only the best of each brand. Not a bunch of mediocre filler shoes to dig through. So far I can trust them to sell me a quality product. Will be back again.

Went and purchased a new pair of running shoes on New Years eve (2018). Was assisted by an extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff member. They do a gait analysis on the tread mill to find the perfect shoe for yourself. An added bonus is the store had a small area setup with toys to play with that helped keep my toddler entertained. Fantastic service and great options are seen here!

Came in for a pair of shoes, and received solid advice and knowledge about offerings. Two good treadmills to test drive them on are available

This is definitely my favorite running company in Idaho!

One of those stores that defines above and beyond customer service. I went in to get some shoes and the experts helped me find my running weaknesses and find the right shoes to correct them. They weren't pushy, just amazingly helpful. I found the same pair online for a little less expensive but this store earned my money. If it was dicks our big 5 I would've purchased only but pulse helped me, was non invasive and earned every penny. I'll go there again and again! Thanks pulse!

Excellent customer service! The Brooks brand shoes are my favorite. They will have you run on a treadmill to analyze your stride to best fit the shoes to you. I highly recommend them.

Took their time to analyze my gait and had me try on 8 or 9 pairs of shoes to find ones that fit and supported my feet.

Before going into Pulse Running I was experiencing calf pain due to overpronation. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable; and they got be in a pair of shoes that made an immediate difference in my comfort level while running.

Amazing store!!! Owner is very knowing when it comes to what she is selling!! They did the video of my feet while walking and found I roll very hard to the left! Within a week I had shoes that fit and already my ankles feel much better!

Got a great deal on a pair of Altras today, staff is fantastic and are very specialized, got to watch myself run on a treadmill it was fun. Best place to buy running shoes IMO.

Had a great Experience. They were very knowledgeable and helped me find the right kind of shoe. I have been running for several years but this year I am having a lot of pain in my calves. The new shoes feel great! It is awesome to see such a good store local to Meridian.

I had an awesome experience today at Pulse. I've been training for a 60-mile walk and began having foot problems as I got up into double digit mileage during my training walks. I went it today and they did a gait analysis and helped me pick a shoe to stabilize my foot and take the pressure of the spots that have been bothering me. I'm excited for my next big walk next weekend in my new shoes! Amazing, knowledgeable folks who are really dedicated to making sure people can stay active and meet their fitness goals!

Had a good experience at Pulse Running & Fitness Shop today. I went over just to take a look at shoes and maybe get assistance on what type of shoe would be best for me- and I ended up walking out with a pair of Brooks shoes (Adrenalines) that felt like butter on my feet.

The young man helping me quickly noticed my foot rolled slightly inward and began bringing out a series of shoes for me to try on. He was knowledgeable and able to answer my questions. He even encouraged me to take the shoes outside and run awhile with them. What I liked was he mentioned that the older series of Brooks was 30% off- and they ended up fitting my feet better than the newer version. Instead of steering me toward the $130 dollar shoes I walked out with something that fit great and only cost $89. Since I ll be training for a marathon, this service meant a lot and I will be returning when the tread wears down. Thanks Pulse!

Came in today, ladies were very helpful. Had a gait analysis done and they provided me with a few options. They had me try Brooks Ravenna and I could see the change on the screen and felt it as I ran. Was a little tight so asked if they had any wides available and she just happened to have a miss pick order in my size in her car! They ended up being the ones! Very polite, friendly and knowledgeable! Great place!
