THE PROTEIN WORKS™ Review

It's been just a week since I started and Easter was a bit of a blip in the middle, but I've found the chocolate and hazelnut shakes delicious and quite satisfying. I've managed to lose a kilo despite a few sneaky chocolates. I'm replacing my evening snack as that's when I'm likely to graze all evening. (I have my main meal, and a pud at lunchtime, meal replacement in the evening and then nothing until lunchtime next day.) I feel confident I'm going to be able to stick to it because they're so delicious.

I ordered protein and had delivery problems. After my negative feedback, the company quickly responded and successfully resolved the situation. This is a very big plus. The protein that I got in the end I really liked! Protein without sugar, without sweeteners, without taste - perfect, that's what I wanted. Tired of sugary sweet protein shakes. In general, I recommend the company and its products and now I will order the protein only here.

Have tried many vegan protein supplements over the course of last few years. By far, The protein works offer the best range of flavours and I'm super impressed with how smooth the texture is. No grainy, sandy texture in sight. Vegan protein powder amazing as a drink but amazing as an addition to oats or how baking. Fab range of nutritional boosters and supplements too. The Raze range is great for pre workout energy boosting and helps push forward performance.

Not satisfied with my order. Some pills came already broken! Cans are not sealed properly too. Never experienced this buying from other shops.

update: the issues were clarified. Many thanks to the customer service. Will make another order in few weeks and see how it goes.

I have been using protein works meal replacement shake for the last 5 weeks and have lost 7lb and feel so much better in myself. I personally don't do breakfast so having this in the morning has helped massively. I have also notice that I am able to go till lunch time without feeling hungry and even at lunch time I still could go without. I have just recently purchase the morning porridge in banana choc chip and its amazing. I thought with just adding water there wouldn't be any flavour but its a taste bud delight

I love Protein Works! The best tasting, light to digest and customer service in the industry. I don't want to search around for no other brand. At least for protein powders. I'm very sceptical of the ingredients of other brands.

The shakes taste amazing! We are using them as meal replacements and they keep you full and satisfied. I couldn't be happier with the product! Working our way through the flavours currently and they're all so good that we can't even pick a favourite!

I ordered the vegan protein bundle. The bundle came on good time. I got the strawberries and cream which is so nice and not gritty. I also got the shortbread millionaire powder which also is lovely and tastes like salted caramel. I was very happy with my order and will order again.

Not pleased at all with these products or their customer service. I contacted the customer service and they are avoiding giving me a refund and even a partial refund on opened, unused products.

I initially sent an email because the taste and consistency of the shakes are not good for my gag reflex what so ever. I feel as if I am going to throw up and have attempted to use water and/or dairy free milk to alter the consistency, but it is still extremely sludgy. Even following the recommend amount of scoops. The flavour advertised doesn't really taste like vanilla creme either which I couldn't consume properly. I could not finish the shake. I was struggling to drink it and had to pinch my nose in order to try to finish it. In the end I had to pour the rest down the sink.

The products left me with a bitter taste in my mouth during and especially after consuming it. I am unsure if there is a fault/issue with this batch since it is inedible.

Also, it's a major concern for me as I mentioned that this may be a dodgy batch and it does not taste right. This is a health and safety issue. It is not being taken seriously and this is clearly being ignored.

I have 2 unopened 1kg bags, 1 opened and unused 1kg bag and a 500g bag which only 3 scoops were taken out of to try this shake.

Customer service are going round in circles, are unhelpful and this issue was marked as resolved when it clearly isn't resolved yet.

I have even offered to return at my own costs, even though I strongly believe that is company should cover this in order to get a full refund for the entire order including delivery.
I even explained that part of their policy includes TPW weighing the packet if you try some for a sample and refunding you based on how much remains, but this has also been rejected and fallen on deaths ears.

I expect more than this and also a refund.

Be warned that if you would like to potentially try a sample and encounter issues like I have or even just simply change your mind, then this company will only offer an exchange, give you store credit in order to buy more products from them or refuse a return so you can get your money back.

I will continue to complain until this issue has been resolved and I request that my account be closed.

This is one of the worst customer services I have encountered and it is clear that this company does not put their customers first and only care about how many products they sell.

I ve tried the vanilla flavoured protein powder so far - used it to make protein pancakes and have added it to my porridge. It tastes pretty good in these. Chocolate flavour not opened yet, but am hopeful that it will be good too!
