Not pleased at all with these products or their customer service. I contacted the customer service and they are avoiding giving me a refund and even a partial refund on opened, unused products.
I initially sent an email because the taste and consistency of the shakes are not good for my gag reflex what so ever. I feel as if I am going to throw up and have attempted to use water and/or dairy free milk to alter the consistency, but it is still extremely sludgy. Even following the recommend amount of scoops. The flavour advertised doesn't really taste like vanilla creme either which I couldn't consume properly. I could not finish the shake. I was struggling to drink it and had to pinch my nose in order to try to finish it. In the end I had to pour the rest down the sink.
The products left me with a bitter taste in my mouth during and especially after consuming it. I am unsure if there is a fault/issue with this batch since it is inedible.
Also, it's a major concern for me as I mentioned that this may be a dodgy batch and it does not taste right. This is a health and safety issue. It is not being taken seriously and this is clearly being ignored.
I have 2 unopened 1kg bags, 1 opened and unused 1kg bag and a 500g bag which only 3 scoops were taken out of to try this shake.
Customer service are going round in circles, are unhelpful and this issue was marked as resolved when it clearly isn't resolved yet.
I have even offered to return at my own costs, even though I strongly believe that is company should cover this in order to get a full refund for the entire order including delivery.
I even explained that part of their policy includes TPW weighing the packet if you try some for a sample and refunding you based on how much remains, but this has also been rejected and fallen on deaths ears.
I expect more than this and also a refund.
Be warned that if you would like to potentially try a sample and encounter issues like I have or even just simply change your mind, then this company will only offer an exchange, give you store credit in order to buy more products from them or refuse a return so you can get your money back.
I will continue to complain until this issue has been resolved and I request that my account be closed.
This is one of the worst customer services I have encountered and it is clear that this company does not put their customers first and only care about how many products they sell.
