I have been using protein works meal replacement shake for the last 5 weeks and have lost 7lb and feel so much better in myself. I personally don't do breakfast so having this in the morning has helped massively. I have also notice that I am able to go till lunch time without feeling hungry and even at lunch time I still could go without. I have just recently purchase the morning porridge in banana choc chip and its amazing. I thought with just adding water there wouldn't be any flavour but its a taste bud delight
