My experience with TPC has been amazing from the first consultation (in Birmingham) till the surgery (which was carried out in London) and even after the surgery. The support and care given by Steve (Patient Coordinator) and my Surgeon Dr Mrinal Supriya has been amazing and comforting. The nurses at the time of the surgery were also great and caring. I felt really comfortable throughout the whole procedure. I am currently 3 weeks post-op (open rhinoplasty and septoplasty) and I'm very pleased with the results so far. The care given by TPC was beyond amazing.

I was disappointed in not only the treatment but the staff to patient care. I felt that the level of service and results were not worth the money. I had two lots of 6-session treatments, and in that time I had THREE different practitioners, of which resulted in a less than satisfactory level of professionalism, interest and desire to ensure good service and care. One lady was not even a specialist in laser hair removal and ran the machine over my lip, despite my shock and pain all she could do was laugh a half-hearted apology. There was lack of communication and a feeling of being too busy and rushed. Considering the amount of hard earned money I spent, I was expecting a little more thought and care to be put into the treatments. Not only this, but I did not see any clear signs that the treatment had worked on a permanent level and I am still struggling despite attending every session for over a year in total. The 3rd practitioner said that it must be some underlying problem as to why the treatment wasn't working, despite me going to the doctors for a check up and everything coming out fine. The practitioner only tried to badger me to buy more sessions. I am sincerely disappointed. I was hoping this would be my answer to all my problems, but it just wasted my time and money.
I had the best experience! Was looked after very well by Steve and Dr Fazel was amazing! Everything was fully explained to me and all my questions answered straight away! Highly recommend and my results have been life changing for me :)
First time I've had something like this done (tear troughs) and Fiona was amazing. Completely put me at ease and was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. So happy with the finished results and Fiona made sure I was ok in the weeks that followed the procedure with check ups. Highly recommend.
I would highly recommend the Private Clinic. I had a procedure at the end of September. My consultant, Mr Kok and his co-ordinator Steven made the experience worry free, discreet and very smooth. Mr Kok is very reassuring and very professional. I felt that he whole experience was 5 star plus.

After procrastinating for several years and also having a consultation elsewhere, I decided to approach The Private Clinic. Feeling very anxious about the hair transplant procedure, Steven Ashworth, my patient coordinator, immediately made me feel at ease. He was extremely professional, friendly and informative. My consultation, alongside Steven, was with Dr Mouzakis. Dr Mouzakis is a very confident and knowledgeable individual. He explained the procedure in its entirety, which made me feel even more willing to go through with the procedure. I went away to think about it all and during this time Steven was available to answer any questions I might have. At no stage did I feel pressed or pushed and they both made it very clear that it was a choice that I clearly needed to be 100% happy with. The 2nd consultation went equally as well and a date for my procedure was booked. Steven continued to communicate with me on a regular basis and he also provided a very detailed information pack, outlining everything I needed to know both pre and post procedure.
The procedure itself went very well with a no pain at all apart the local anaesthetic which is uncomfortable but over in seconds. The nursing staff were excellent. I had a lunch at the half way point, in a very relaxed, yet professional environment. At no stage (apart from the drive to the clinic) did I feel anxious or in doubt.
I am VERY pleased with the results, within a matter of days the donar site started to heel. My hair looks great, very natural and full. EXACTLY the results that I wanted.
Without question I would recommend The Private Clinic (Birmingham) and in particular both Mr Steven Ashworth and Dr Mouzakis - Superb team!

My surgeon Dr Mrinal Supriya was beyond amazing, there s no words that come to mind that are big enough to describe the work he has done, I felt like I was speaking to a friend rather than a doctor, I felt warmed and welcomed the moment I d met him and didn t feel hesitant to ask any questions, or email him even after my surgery to ask questions. He did more than what I asked for, and I couldn t have asked for anyone better.

I recently had surgery at TPC here in Birmingham. I couldn't recommend them any more highly. From their amazing communication to their overall friendliness, approachability and professionalism, they really did set the bar high. I had otoplasty surgery here back in july. I can honestly say its the best thing i have ever done in my life. Thanks to my co-ordinator steve and my surgeon mr supriya, i now ooze confidence and my life has completely changed. Steve made me feel very welcome and comfortable when i first came here and understood my situation and was very helpful. Mr supriya did an amazing job and made me feel so comfortable that all the nerves were gone when it came to having the operation. I had VASER Lipo 2 days ago now and everything went amazingly. The staff were fantastic. Dr Wolf made me so comfortable, everything was organised and professional from start to finish. Steve was on the ball 24/7 making sure I had everything I needed before the procedure. He was quick to reply to my emails and queries. I had a tummy tuck, liposuction and new breast implants fitted by Dr Fazel in May 2017, over a year later, I have totally forgotten what my old body looked like, I look at pictures and think What a remarkable job Dr Fazel did .
Starting with my consultation with the team in Birmingham, Mr Steve Ashworth was my co-ordinator. He is full of life, down to earth, made you feel so welcome and just a natural at his job - I kind of knew from that moment, I was going to choose this company. His job was about Customer Satisfaction nothing more or less and even a year on, he had still asked how I had been - what more could anyone really ask from a company.
When I met Dr Fazel, I 100% knew I wanted him to operate on me. He was understanding, listened to what I wanted and the struggles I had, he embraced it and told me exactly what he could do for me.
From the moment I was collected and transported to London, staff were amazing. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed, Dr Fazel confirmed my procedures and reassured me everything would go just as planned. Has a female in her 40s, having 3 children, I thought, I am putting my whole life into a Dr s hands, I had met a few times and read positive reviews about - I just hoped I made the right decision.
This I surely did, following my surgery, I was totally amazed at my results, I had minimal pain (proving Dr Fazel was magical with his hands, by knowing just how far to cut ect). This for me was what you call an experienced surgeon, who I couldn t thank enough for changing my life for the better. Staff were helpful, ensured I was cared for and Dr Fazel also checked in on me.
The after care is also something that is just as outstanding, the team at Birmingham listen, will ensure they will fit you in at anytime and they were always there if I needed any advice. Like I said earlier, a year later and I still receive correspondence from Steve. That is totally remarkable in my eyes.
If you are reading this review, in two minds of this company, I totally reassure you, just go for it, it will be money well spent and with the end results being just as you pictured it, I wish anyone all the luck in the world having cosmetic surgery. It changed my life and I would do it and choose The Private Clinic all over again.

Can t fault the procedure at all, I was warmly welcomed into the clinic and received an extremely professional service from all the staff involved. I also received prompt aftercare response when I had any queries. All facilities were spotless and I m looking forward to my session next week!
I recently had extensive procedures under the care of Consultant Surgeon, Mr Kenneth Kok, and I cannot find words to adequately express how attentive, friendly and professional he was throughout my entire stay - I was made to feel so at ease and the most important patient - can't thank him enough. Not to mention Mr Kok's Assistant/Patient CoOrdinator, Steve Ashworth, who was in constant contact throughout and attended to my every need. Any concerns I might have had, Steve always managed to make me feel at ease. Thank you so much.
Scammers. I believe the company has been restructured a while back but these cowboys hired someone called Dr. Apthorp who is not fit to be a surgeon or go any where near a needle. Was sent home on a train bleeding out and rushed to hospital. After everything settled down I returned only to be given fake promises. I never chased it up. But Dr. Apthorp would need surgery himself if I ever saw him.
Edit: I have full documentation and emails to prove otherwise. Review stays.
I went to see Lisa the trichologist as my hair was falling out. She was a really good listener and made me feel at ease as I was worried about seeing somebody as my doctor said all my bloods came back normal. After lots of questions she took the time to explain what was going on with my hair which made me feel better as she knew what she was on about. I feel this was excellent value for money and also included a free follow up which I will be going back for. The only thing which I didn't like was the parking wasn't very good although they said I could park around the corner next time if outside was busy. Louise J
I am 6 months post op after having a tummy tuck. I am absolutely thrilled with my results. My patient co-ordinater was Steve. I saw Steve from my first initial consultation to my aftercare. Steve was brilliant with putting my mind at ease with any worries that I had or the 101 questions I had for him. He was always available on the other end of the phone/email if I needed to contact him. The days I would not e-mail he would call to check up on me. Steve has gone above and beyond his patient duties. I would recommend that if you go to The Private Clinic in Birmingham to request Steve. My Surgeon Mr Kok has done an amazing job! I have got my pre- pregnancy body back!! After 4 kids I thought that would never happen! I kept in contact with Mr Kok daily after my surgery and Mr Kok was more than accommodating when I wanted to see him at very short notice. Mr Kok is a very nice, kind hearted man who listens to what you want and offers his expertise advice. I am happy that Mr Kok is honest when making his recommendations, he would not recommend a procedure if you do not require it. He has his patients best interests at heart. I would definitely choose Mr Kok as my surgeon should I require further surgery in the future. Thank you.
What can I say? The whole team was superbly professional from the time of my first enquiry to when I strode out of the clinic to start my new life. The receptionists were friendly, the patient co-ordinator was amazingly helpful and the medical team were fantastic. Best money I ever spent. All five stars fully deserved!
I had FUE treatment at the Birmingham Clinic in August 2017. 9 months on I can honestly say I'm very pleased with the results. The procedure was quick and easy with virtually no pain at all. The aftercare treatment has been perfect and the clinic are in constant contact with me, making sure everything is going well. Dr Mouzakis was very pleasant to deal with and was able to answer any questions I threw at him. I couldn't recommend using the Private Clinic highly enough. I Had agreed to a PAID consultation with Emma Andrews. She failed to call me at the allocated time and did not once send a courtesy email or provide a courtesy call/message to explain why she failed to attend the paid consultation as agreed.
I also had to be the one to ring up and get my refund for the consultation that didn t go ahead.
For a private clinic you would expect a higher/much more professional level of service. I managed to get my money back and won t be returning to use this private clinic ever again!
Our completely overstretched and understaffed NHS have better communication with patients!
Went a couple of weeks ago for a consulation for a FUE hair transplant the clinic its self was spotless and tidy, warm and welcoming. Met a loverly guy called Steve who is one of the patient consulatants at the clinic. All the information i wanted, i felt like i recieved and if not more, this has helped me to make my mind up about chosing where to have my treatment. Steve was very knowledgible on the subject and cleared up my questions and worrys, looking forward to meeting the surgeon in a few weeks

I went to the Private Clinic after being let down at very short notice by another company. Everyone involved in my journey was very supportive, informative and did everything in their power to ensure I had procedures done in a timely manner. My patient co-ordinator, Steven, was excellent, and listened to my situation with empathy and made it possible for me to move forward within the short time frame that I had. My surgeon, Dr Ahmed was very open and honest and made sure I completely understood every step of the process to make sure I got the best possible results. Every member of staff I met leading up to and on the day of my surgery and all my pre and post op appointments have all been amazing. On the day of my surgery, all the nurses and the anaesthetist made me feel completely at ease and comfortable. I couldn t recommend The Private Clinic enough, and would definitely have any future procedures done with them.
I have attended the consultation however they have not refunded my money these people are lair don't believe they charge you 25 pound and said we refund but they don't refund you money plz be carefully very very very bad experience in my life
I had wanted Botox for some time, though was Unsure of where to get it done. I paid Steve a visit at the private clinic and can honestly say the service was A+. He ensured I had a full understanding of the procedure, detailing both the positive and potential side effects. Dawn conducted the procedure on the day and was very warm and put me at ease. I can not fault the service, from start to finish I was looked after excellently! I shall definitely return and spread the word to my friends.
VASER Lipo performed by Dr.Wolf. Had previously done some scouting at other clinics before finally settling on The Private Clinic in Birmingham and I'm glad I did. The whole experience has been amazing! I was seen and treated very quickly, which was exactly what I was looking for. Every member of staff that I interacted with was professional and courteous. Dr Wolf did an amazing job on the surgery, my body looks and feel so much better and has helped so much with self confidence. Cannot recommend highly enough! Worth every penny!

I could give 0 stars for this clinic if I could. Absolutely shocking. My other half came to you for a hair transplant after hearing some good reviews... well they must be fake! They didn t even distribute where they took the donor hairs from, they don t work around you, they work around themselves! He rang the clinic to mention his face swelling they didn t care about their patient once they were paid. The transplant failed! Fast forward a year we are in turkey having another one which has been absolutely amazing! LONGEVITA Istanbul is your place, they actually care about you, they couldn t do more for you! How this private clinic is still running I have no idea. Just AVOID!

They care more about you than making a sale, Steve is great at picking out a sutiable treatment for you with just you in mind, they wouldn't suggest or try to sell anything without putting you and your health first. Steve can provide you with realistic expectations and is a massive credit to the clinic offering any assistance you may need. The clinic encourages plenty of time to be taken to decide on weather treatment is for you. Dr Dsouza and his technicians were top class. Very professional and experienced which puts you at ease. Surgery went extremely smooth and was made very comfortable. If your in the UK and want surgery or treatment going to TPC is a no brainier. You know you will be getting the best quality experience. The staff are great and are so friendly.
