A most anointed house of God! A great example of Gods work being done in excellence! Awesome worship, spoken word of God, a place you can go and feel safe. Not perfect by a long shot, but the spirit of God is head and the Bishop is following in his footsteps! Amazing!

What a sure word. The man of God dissected the word just how I needed it. TPHIM is the place to be for a good word, a worship experience, and beautiful atmosphere.
This church is a blessing and a GOD send. I get food and clothing for me and my family with ease on a Tuesday or Thursday once a month. And I got a big turkey for Thanksgiving yesterday to take home with me to cook for the holiday!!! Church service yesterday was great!!!
I can honestly say how much I love the ministry and what a pleasant feeling I have here. So welcoming and warming. I been here for quite some time now I'm glad to make Potter House the first church to attend since I moved from Dallas,Texas. It's an awesome and ultimately great feeling I must say!
It's a good church too attend, and they have a large pantry.

One of the best places to worship. They have a ministry for any and everyone and they offer so much to the public. Its amazing. They show you were you offering/tithes goes which was a plus for me. And if you cant make it into the house of God you can watch online. Amazing services and great leadership.
Service was entirely too long!!! The Bishop forced everyone to watch his trip to Africa, which was a nice video, but he should've presented it at the end of service so those who didn't want to watch it could leave. The Bishop can really preach. He delivered the word, but the service was a bit lengthly. The praise and worship team brought the excitement needed to start the service off, but It was so long before we got to preaching. Overall, it was a nice experience, but they are not time conscious so I will not be returning. It does not take 3 hours to deliver the word.
Visiting the potters house was a holy experience,my family and I will be coming back to visit again.We really enjoyed the service

They care for people both in the church and the community. They employ a lot of people and x- convicts, they have sports that young children form the community participate, they have mall that the community can shop, they have food pantries that the less privilege come every week to shop with out being a shame. Potter's international have schools that give education to children in the community and some of them are patriotic people who are in the military, some playing sports in their colleges. Most of all the pastor, the wife and the family love God and the members, they care for the souls of mankind and want them to be saved. Potter's international is not only blessing the community here in Jacksonville Florida and the Nation but the whole world.
I remember having to go to this place 7 years ago an having to use this services..This place is awful..from the way they treat an talk to the people it's beyond horrific..I'm trying to figure out which God y'all serve treating people this way..

Love them but i changed my mine now. I went yesterday for free food and clothes and they made us sit in sanctuary for 2 hrs n 15mins in the cold. The lady claims they do God's work by giving food and clothes away but when you go to the clothes area the lady there is mean as hell. Its bad enough we had to wait in the cold then we get to the clothes and she has all the good donations hidden in bins for herself. I wasn't given any diapers for my babies because she kept everything for herself. I live on the Southside so i come far for her. I needed clothes and diapers and blankets. How can you say its God's work but your stingy with the donations. That's not fair. Is this what God teaches us? To be stingy? Such a disappointing place now!!!

Had a speaking engagement here recently. VERY nice establishment!!! Sad to say I was born and raised in Jacksonville and not been to this new location. I LOVED IT! The old location was also very warm and inviting when I would visit as a teen. One of the churches that I felt comfortable when exploring my Christianity as a teen.
Me and my wife are happy that we found this church, we were told three times from three different people so we came and we love or new family PHIM

Staff seem upset every time I've come. Not sure what kind of church employ unfriendly people. Are there not supposed to represent the Christian lifestyle?
I attended a funeral service and was on program. I must say they're given to hospitality. The message coming from the bishop gave a message that truly encouraged the family as well as those in attendance. Absolutely wonderful experience.

When you attend The Potters House (church) you don't worry about who's on your left or right or what you or anybody is wearing you focus or what you are going to get from the powerful praise and worship that you will receive when you get there! I guarantee you that you will get a word or a feeling that will make feel real good!!! I'm just saying
The service is nice..but they need to do better with the food pantry.. this is my second time getting food and the meat is bad salad is rotten..I understand it's free but I wouldn't give nobody nothing I wouldn't eat.

I had all respect for this ministry, however, I worked for Mrs. Brenda Tate, who was the assistant to the Bishop of Potters House, and she ran a scam company under a debt consolidation company withing Kingdom Hall next to the barber shop. I left the company for stealing innocent people's hard earned money claiming they owed on fake payday loans, and two day before my 96 year old grandmother passed, what do I see, they took $250 from her and had and scheduled paymemt 30 days out. She had severe demitia and didn't have the means to take out a "payday loan". Not to mention, I had left the company for the pure fact this was a scam. If the Bishop will back this operation, what does that speak of his intentions. Premier Processing Service aka Debit Consolidation Services ran by Barbara Tate and her son James. You should be ashamed of yourself. Not to speak on the drug addicted felons you employee. What a way to rehabilitate a felon, teach them legal ways to steal. May God forgive you. Our family prays for your souls daily. And my forgiveness in participating in this scam and thieft.

Lost of words.... don't even know where to start. A coworker mentioned this church in passing. After googling the church, I decided to visit. Sunday morning I heard a word that was needed. This church stood on the gospel, the word was uplifting, the praise and worship was authentic, Jesus was lifted up.....

They are so nice and friendly. My husband and I attended weekly for Grief Share. The two that teaches the class are so knowledgeable and annointed. I tell everyone about the class that has saved my life. I look forward to going every Tuesday and the group has become my family.
This church is amazing. I have visited this church since 2006, and It has be a huge blessing in my life. The word that is brought forth in this ministry is bible based, and Bishop and Lady Narlene are truly God s chosen vessels.
Online and it was great warm and loving it was wonderful to see and hear from the pastor of the church. Will definitely visit this house of worship when I'm in the area.
