The Potter's house is a great church. This is a mega church and it will be crowded. They have shuttle buses that take you from the parking lot across the street to the front of the building. They also have a great bookstore with big selection of books, cds, t-shirts, and magnets.
Amazing service. Amazing message. Bishop T.D Jakes is truly gifted. Flew from North Carolina just to attend. Well worth the trip.

My life has been changed by the ministry of Bishop Jakes. I was a pre-teen when I first heard him and Even then I understood the anointing on his life. By the time I was an adult I really wanted to attend his church as a matter of fact I wanted to move to Dallas. Well I recently moved to Lufkin Texas which is three hours away from Dallas and attending the potters house is very intentional for me it's not routine. When you find someone who provokes change and speaks into your destiny it's very important that you follow the spirit. Although I am three hours away from the potters house I know and understand that my destiny my life is connected to the potters house and I will do anything to stay connected with the GLORY. I love the potters house.

We got turned away by a bald security guard and weren't allowed in the parking lot. Seemed kind of sketchy, and that was before he caressed our car window. Still, the evil of this world will be drowned in the Red Sea and TD Jakes will continue to make me get up and dance and cry I love the Lord!! Maybe a cult tho

I've grown so much at the Potters House. I moved there in 2000 and now I've moved to Nevada this year. I was broken when I first entered the doors and I tell you today I've learned how to go through and come out victorously without running away from my circumstances. May God continue to Bless you Bishop, 1rst Lady and your children. Now that I'm in Nevada I'm forced to find a church out here. Where can I find a similiar ministry out here in Vegas? Wonderful, grand place if worship. You can feel the spirit there. Everyone I ran into were so friendly and welcoming. I was directed to sit second row/center and I connected eyes with Pastor Hakes! I loved it. I walk with a cane, so the walk to/from parking lot is very tiring for me. Other than that, I LOVE Pastor Hakes and will be back
I've watched "The Potters House" daily for many years. He is my favorite Bible teacher. I've read a couple of TD Jakes books as well and have always been inspired, healed and blessed by him. He truly is a gifted, Holy Spirit anointed speaker for the Trinity of Jesus Christ! I've studied the bible over 40 years and wrote two books myself "How to Pass the Test of Your Flesh" & "Be Exposed to the Power of God" One needs to be re-published and praying about the second one being published because the Power of God is moving through me like never before since writing it. The ones who regularly attend this place, and just everyone in general, was very friendly. The church is well kept up and beautiful. Absolutely loved it
I am not a fan of these so called mega churches. They do less evangelizing and more entertainment. When was the last time you seen a so called pastor of one of these mega churches go out physically go to the homeless or ghetto and just pray with or for someone. When your a small church you go out and give the word everywhere in your community but these mega churches is all money and fam driven. If i tell T.D. Jakes right now im homeless he would say" its hard but its going to get better" and then walk away but more so i probably couldnt even talk to him. I would have to call his hotline and send in a donation. Mega churches or jokes and religious.
I enjoy Bishop TD Jakes teachings, people can t believe I drive from Plano to this location when there s a Potter s house 10 mins away. I knew this was the church I needed before I relocated to Dallas.
After viewing the entire facility and the background of Thomas Dexter Jake's and First Lady Serita Jake's I came to the conclusion they are truly God's anointed and appointed vessels of faith for time's such as these. Amen

There are several TD Jakes Channels on YouTube to fill up your "Dance Card" including but not limited to The Potter's Touch Television Show , old episodes of T.D. Jakes Sermons and even channels for the other Potter's House Churches in Denver, L.A , Fort Worth and North Dallas. There is even a Bishops Village channel on which to catch some great clips I do try scroll over to the "About" section of the channel to make sure it is at least affiliated with the TDJakes TradeMark. I really loved my experiences here. I've actually never heard TD Jakes Preach! I always end up going when another person is preaching. But it's always excellent, and the people are super nice.
