BEST. SERVICE. EVER!!! This was a truly great customer experience for us from start to finish. We had recently purchased a new pool table and needed it moved from one house to another. We were very nervous about who to trust and called several companies. From my very first phone conversation with Stefanie at Pool Table Pros, I new this was the team for us! They are professional, knowledgeable, courteous, fun, and pay attention to all the details. Not only did the team show up on time, they treated our pool table with love and respect, like it was a fragile porcelain vase! I'd trust this team to move my grandmother! I have used Pool Table Pros several times to breakdown, move and setup my table. Every time it was easy to schedule. More importantly they have always arrived on time like they said they would and completed the work as expected. The installers were friendly and great to work with. Very satisfied.

I just moved out this way and purchased a new home. needed to get my pool table broken down and moved out this way. A friend of mine used the pool table pros and refereed me too them. I spoke with chris over at the pool table pros and he was very knowledgable and professional. His crew came out and relocated my pool table to Tracy, they were very personable. I decided to come in and check out there store as i was looking for a few new sticks and a cover. Great Store, Great Location and Very helpful. I purchased a few new cues, some Balls and a cover.

The experts came at 9 and installed in just an hour and 30 min it looks great and is leveled very well. Very good customer service.

Drove out from stockton they say they closed at 4pm today. It was not 4 yet and they were not open and did not pick up with phone. Waste of time!

These guys were Awesome !! I had every question promptly answered during the whole process and when they delivered the table it was handled very carefully around other furniture. They spent quality time to set the table up while making sure the measurements were perfect for location. I needed a professional pool table re-locating service and they were just that !

I would have given 5 stars had the company followed through with their procedure for notification. We purchased an used table and we needed it relocated from Stockton to Lockeford. I was told I would receive a confirmation call on Friday for delivery on Saturday. Did NOT. I called several times Saturday morning and finally received a call back assuring me the table was on the schedule and they would call when they were on their way to Stockton to dismantle it. No call. When I did call it was way before the time they were to arrive in Lockeford so unfortunately we were not home. Once we arrived and the two gentlemen got to work they were very professional, quick and did a wonderful job. I would definitely use this company again if I needed a table moved, refelt, or new cushions.

I called today to get an appointment to move my table but no one answered. I received a call back an hour later but I have already scheduled my service with another company. Then I received a phone call from some lady who got MY number from this company!!!! Who does this? I have never dealt with such craziness in my life!!!! I called to inform the owner but again no one answered!!!!

Chris and his crew moved a 9-foot Connelly table into my basement yesterday. It was harder than I expected. To get to the basement they had to get through a narrow hallway and door and down twisting steps. They tried every possible way of maneuvering the table around the hallway until they got it. He also saved me money by reusing the Simonis felt. Thank you! Alvaro
