The Pony Shop is great. A bike component of mine that s not usually quick to get suddenly broke on me. Lou was able to find a replacement part for me & quickly get it installed. His service team was very nice & the Pony Shop s prices are reasonable. Great shop, great people!
First, there was a shortage of bicycles for sale, at most 8. Second, the service was very awkward. The rep. suggested 2 out of the 8 bicycles for sale, but failed to give details for the reason of his suggestions. If I'm inquiring about a bicycle (which can be pricey) I would expect the salesmen, at the very least, to give information as to the weight, height, make and model of the item.
I came in today right before closing and they were nice enough to fix my bike before it closed instead of me picking it up on Monday ! They did a great and quick job - thank you!
They were very knowledgeable and professional. Knew exactly what i needed. Grest place for repairs
Sold me a bicycle inner tube which exploded. Not their fault, but also not mine. Spoke with the owner and he offered to replace it and assist in installing to ensure it wouldn't happen again.
The team at the Pony Shop are all highly skilled and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to bike service and sales. They are up to date on current trends within the cycling world, and are all capable of working on bikes from past eras. From basic repairs to complete overhaul and rebuilds this shop can do to all.
Fantastic bike shop. The owner, Lou, is a definite part of the biking community. He is knowledgable about the products he sells and the nearby trails where these bikes will be ridden. He put me on a smaller frame than what the manufacturer recommended and it ended up being absolutely perfect for me and my riding style. The bike was put together by a mechanic who races downhill on a Santa Cruz V10, which is reassuring. The bike I received was properly setup and arrived very quickly. These guys are a great part of the community and I could not recommend them enough.
went to get some air and ask for an air-rush regulator with C02 I have a condition that makes it difficult to breath and I avoid going into places when I can so I do not have to wear a face covering the manager would not even open the door to speak with me quoting "the town policy" refusing me service and reasonable accommodation turning someone away for their choices on public property is an active offense, beyond rude
The pony shop is THE BEST. My comrade Vlad was amazing. He was able to point me in the right direction of everything I needed. My bike rode like it was brand new! The shop had a safe and clean atmosphere that made me feel nothing but safe. Check it out for all your biking needs!!!
