This has to be the worst delivery service on the planet. The driver is rude. They are not reliable. No call prior to drop as directed. Would buy take return items as they stated unboxed, which they knew in advance.
If I could give negative stars I would do so. Avoid at all costs.
They don't even deserve a star if i could put 0 stars i would've.

Customer service is terrible they have a girl called Andrea working she was incredibly rude and disrespectful WITH NO TYPE OF EXPERIENCE you could know everything about that company by the workers they hire.
I will never again will we use this company. Their drivers lie and they left our trade show equipment at the Anaheim convention center. The driver grew tired of waiting because he showed up 3 hours earlier than he should have. They then charged us for showing up early and then lied to say that Freeman told him our equipment would not be ready till Monday. The trade show hall has to be empty by Saturday. DO NOT USE HOLLYWOOD DELIVERY!!!!
I could pick all 4 bad review headings as I scheduled in the AM for a pick up by 3pm - 2 days later the shipment has not picked up and NO CALLS to inform me by HDS. No valid understanding of my instructions or apology. I Will be giving my business to TOTAL TRANSPORTATION or someone else in the future due to the bad service and non-existent customer service.
I work regularly with over 50 different freight carriers, and Hollywood Delivery was one of the most pleasant and straightforward. Our time sensitive order was delivered in a timely manner, their staff are great and very helpful. I would happily recommend their services

Worst customer service ever. They are rude with customers (especially Miranda) and do not take responsibility for their mistakes. I wonder how they stay in business. I do not recomend them at all, in my case they were the delivery service from my refrigeration equipment supplier but now that I know them I will never accept them for any free or paid delivery. Horrible, Horrible company.
Hollywood delivery service is absolutely the worst delivery service ever. My package was supposed to be here on Friday and on Tuesday they call to confirm.. 4 days later still no delivery
I waiting for 18 minutes to get a proof of delivery.. I called at 6:00am.. After 18 minutes of holding i finally hung up.. I will be sure i tell my vendors NEVER to use this company again. I need PODs in a timely manner.
