The hotel is clean, the interior is nice, close to the city center like Malioboro and it's not difficult to find public vehicles if you don't bring your own vehicle

One of the most "heritage" feel hotels. The building has been around for a century (since 1918). The rooms are just okay but i kinda like the lounge (eventho it's so business-like) and the ambiance of the lobby. Location is very strategic since it is right in the heart if the city. If you are looking for a top notch-high tech facilities in room I don't recommend staying here tho, the one in here is fine but very standard 3-4 star-ish.

Absolutely beautiful place, and the breakfast is to die for!

Great value. The included breakfast is amazing: tropical fruits, , custom smoothies, Javanese specialties, bakery items--a real treat. If you can, choose a suite overlooking the pool.

5-star hotel with ancient palace feel, comfortable, delicious food

5 star hotel but not 5 star service. Rooms were purchased months before the trip but was downgraded when we checked in due to lack of available rooms. Managed to get the right room after few hours.

Hotel very well located in the city center but very quiet once inside. Beautiful decoration. Spacious and well appointed rooms. Can fabulous lunch in the choice of dishes and delicious accompanied by Indonesian traditional musicians. Only happiness.

A colonial-era hotel. Feels just old rather than antique sometimes. They should upgrade the mattress etc. Everything also feels a bit dusty. The restaurant is pretty crappy so eat outside.

One of the best hospitality and services ever i had. Plenty choices of great food and beverages. Minuses the west wing of hotel building doesn't provide elevator shaft to accommodate guest mobility.

Horrible hotel this is the first and last time i am staying at this place. Such a disgrace for the accor group to have such a hotel. Housekeeping is bad as well sheets and coffee cups are dirty and not clean properly

Classic hotel with Dutch interiors, with friendly and satisfying service. When waiting for our prepared room to be served, we get welcome drink and traditional snacks that tastes so good. The food served in the restaurant tastes satisfying, the outdoor atmosphere of the restaurant near the fountain is also very romantic at night. A place that does not disappoint to spend time, so comfortable and want to come here again.

Very traditional looking building and rooms. The rooms are still quite comfortable, although the shower seems a little dated and it's not simple to control the temperature.

One interesting thing is that along the way to the meeting room, which is known as Caucasians, all of them think that their guests are all Caucasians, what is the prayer room / prayer room, but when looking for prayer rooms to pray for Allah ... amazed, even though the guests are a lot of Caucasians, but the mosque is quite spacious, clean and comfortable because there is air conditioning, there are complete prayer equipment, btw for ordinary food, delicious ice fruit / dawet, the place is quite comfortable, the price rate is you know ... quite expensive for jogja, but the place is fun, the view is fun for photos, instagramable ... the staff is very friendly & responsive, always greets when meeting guests, the parking area is quite spacious as well, the swimming pool is lined with spa rooms, and flanked by rooms so it's so cozy ... thank you ...

Strategically located near the Jogja monument. The room is comfortable with a view of the stretch of Jogja city. The pool is a great location instagramable.

Javanese and ancient ethnic atmosphere is very interesting. Delicious food.

Check in with a complete room including mini bars. Wake up next day to find out items are missing, and mini bar was locked. We don't care about the snacks or drink. What is done here was security was not compromise. Check in 7pm, wake up 7am next day. Mini bar was gone. Someone enter while we were sleeping ? The staffs have no idea what happen.

It's got an antique feel about it. The staff are very friendly and courteous. Rooms are cosy and well furnished with that Je ne sais quoi touch of class!
Breakfast is ample with few classic indo energizing drinks to choose too. But do check if it is included with your room rate as it can be a tad pricey. Over all a great experience!
