Basically okay but

Basically okay but
I can see broken and broken places all over the place, and I can't manage it.
I'm going to regress a lot after a few years.
The main pool is smaller than you think, but the ocean is nice.
Pool bar food is not very expensive, but drinks are relatively expensive. If you have a few cocktails, you're just over 100,000.

From the architecture through to the tea light candles hand lit every evening, this place is so impressive because so much attention has been paid to the details. You can tell the staff all really care about making your stay exceptional because there are smiles galore from the moment you get out of the taxi. It truly has the hallmarks of a 5 star resort. Loved it!!

The service and friendliness of staff at AYANA was second to none. Furthermore the restaurants are world class. In particular we had one evening at Unique Rooftop Bar . Not only were the food and cocktails amazing but two staff members in particular need special mention. Bobi And Muna were young gentlemen who were exceptional in every possible way. They were attentive, polite, friendly, professional and most importantly were very genuine in their manner rather than providing that service because they felt they had to. Both spoke about their hopes and dreams to make the hospitality industry their career path and in my opinion they are an asset to AYANA and the hospitality industry as a whole. These two young gentlemen set the bennchmark for service and make AYANA a truly wonderful place to stay.

Highly recommended as a honeymoon resort.

Highly recommended as a honeymoon resort.
For those who want to relax, the resort's services, restaurants, secret views, secret beaches, and swimming pools are all you need.
Only the guests of the resort can take pictures, which is great for the bride and groom to take a semi-warning photo.
Very good breakfast.
I want to come back.

The aquaponic pool is worth to try and I feel the rock bar is very special and inclusive. Great weather while I was visiting. I may try it next time during march or September to enjoy during a cooler season.

The resort is large and there are many swimming pools, but there are many Chinese and many people.. It is like a well-decorated theme park.
I think the words are perfect.
Personally, there are many better hotels in Bali, so I don't want to go back.

Very interesting things to do in the hotel like the Rock Bar, The resort and its facilities were amazing. Club lounge was excellence. Staff were very friendly and polite. We simply love the Rock Bar. Incredible experience attending a wedding and wedding events at Ayana. Wonderful staff, immaculate venue, impeccable service. Thank you Ayana.

The most amazing and luxurious holidays I have ever experienced staying at Ayana Resort. The spa is a one-of-a-kind experience, especially in the saltwater hydro-pool. If you see it discounted, stay here a few days!

Easily the WORST resort I ve been to (and I ve been to many). Overcrowded, old and outdated rooms with zero soundproofing, and rooms that are dirtier than a cheap motel. I was absolutely shocked to see a used razor with visible facial hair in a sealed shaving kit. What s more appalling is that when I brought this to the Ayana front desk s attention, they insisted they needed to do a proper investigation first before even apologizing! Absolutely atrocious hospitality that I ve never encountered at hotels a fraction of the expensive price here.

Advice to the staff here: Admit when you re at fault and do your best to make the customer feel better after an incident like this. No one should experience service like this at a resort, let alone a 5-star one.

Travelers, there are TONS of friendlier and more intimate options in this area than Ayana. Do your research (read the 1-star reviews - they re all warranted) and avoid this place like the plague.

I love the great view and great service.

I love the great view and great service.
I think Limba is better than Ayana if you have children.
But no matter where you choose, you won't be behind the scenes!

This is our home away from home. We love this resort and the amazing hospitality. Everybody is so thoughtful and kind. We stayed at the Mulia for a night and immediately regretted our decision, as the service did not even come close to Ayanas. Cannot rave enough about the impeccable service every single time were here! 10 stars!

Great views, beautiful location...ideal for a honeymoon, but a little far away from everything. Although it is this very location that makes it amazing! Please make it a little more affordable, i want to go more often.
