Beautiful resort at the base of Camelback. Lots of pools, good dining and attentive staff. Don t miss the tea service. Close to Old Town.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here at The Phoenician. It was one of the nicest resorts my husband and I have ever stayed in. Service was amazing. Amenities were all top notch. Everyone we met was so kind and went above and beyond to help us or to fulfill our requests the whole time we were here. They made the whole stay so convenient that we never had to want for anything. Whenever we are in the Scottsdale area, we will absolutely be staying here again!

Upscale resort with amazing service. The pools are excellent. The main pool has a water-park quality slide and a kids area with different places to splash around and get wet in case the little ones can't swim yet. Also nearby a wading pool. On the second level they have an adults only pool for a more relaxed atmosphere. Finally on the lower level nearest the spa is the Mother of Pearl pool ,which I Iearned ,was actually inlaid with mother of pearl tile when it was built in the 1920's. The staff is excellent!! Very attentive and accommodating. One can reserve a cabana or order meal on their smart phone and truly get the "full service". . money well spent.

Amazing food great customer service. Incredible service. The best cabanas at the canyon suite area where Sharon is a exceptional staff member who goes above and beyond. Delicious food and drink. Clean. Wonderful gym. Close to camelback. They have a great cabana service with its own shower and restroom. Plus a after noon tea that's fancy. A great experience. The complimentary breakfast at the canyon suites is very good as well. Plus the steak house on premises has a amazing pepper crusted steak. I don't even like much red meat and it is like eating candy.

Such a nice place. Scones with clotted cream was great. Tea flavors are plentiful and you can get different types of tea throughout your time. We sipped tea, enjoyed life and pretended we were English for a couple hours while taking in the beautiful resort. Pricey, but worth doing if you like drinking tea.

My husband and I went for our anniversary and had a fantastic time! We got there a little early but the front desk agent, Kaylee, was friendly and we were placed into a room immediately. We were happy (again, we were early) also, she was knowledgeable about activities available for us to try. The man at the athletic club was stand-out-helpful and friendly. Ana Laura at the Tavern was infectiously happy, and the craft beer tasting was ice cold! The room was comfortable, food and drinks delicious, and the little touches made it memorable. We were told Happy Anniversary with a wine and cheese plate delivered to our room, what a wonderful touch! We will definitely be back- such amazing and friendly service!

It was a very nice birthday gift from my husband. On Open Table the dress stated Formal Attire. There were many guests in shorts, t-shirts, swimwear cover-ups. I had on dress pants and a blouse before we left for our reservation. I changed to a dress before we left in respect to their attire statement. Once we arrived to our reservation, I realized I didn't need to worry that I was under dressed and could have worn my dress pants and blouse and my new purse, which I was keeping for a special occasion.

What a beautiful resort! I stayed here for business, it was comfortable, enjoyable and so spacious! My husband joined me the last couple of nights and it was romantic and we had so much fun at the pool too! The staff was so kind and friendly, I can't wait to come back!

The Phoenician did not disappoint! Every staff member was a joy to speak to. The rooms were spacious and updated. Pools were very relaxing. The food was some of the best I ever had. Top notch athletic club. The only suggestion is that if you want to use the spa or have a poolside cabana, be sure to make a reservation beforehand! They do fill up fast.

Fantastic stay. Beautiful grounds. Beautiful upgraded rooms. We ate at many outlets. Food and service was top notch. Spa service and amenities were some of the best we ve see. Do yourself a favor and take a stroll around the property. So much to see and take it like orchid lawn and cactus gardens. Talking with many people it has def become more family friendly over the years and less romantic couples. All in all would 100% recommend and would stay here again. Enjoy the photos
